Associates: a Request for my portfolio button on any listing. Search now finds homes in any town you type.

For Associates: • Inventory replaces "Shared with me" — add a property for an owner, request one from an owner by phone, or find listings to work on. • Marketing now sits on your home screen with posts for the upcoming festivals, ready on the right date. • Every post carries your name, number, photo and business details, in sharper quality — share it on social media or as a PDF.

Team members now open on My work: check in, tick off the day's duties and see the jobs the owner handed to them. Report back on a job with a note and photos, then swipe it done. Guards get the gate desk on their bar, and Find opens the usual home search.

Smarter rent management for property owners. • Payments tab on every tenant — auto-generated rent schedule with Paid, Pending, Overdue and Refunded statuses, per-row notes, and a totals card. • Single-page rent invoices with your PG name, address and phone in the header, full Terms & Conditions, and a logo watermark. Cancelled rows generate a Credit Note automatically. • Tenants get an instant WhatsApp + push the moment you mark rent paid or refunded. • Security deposit panel — see what's received, returned and consumed at a glance, with one-tap consumption notes. • Custom bills — bill electricity, plumbing, guard or any one-off charge as its own invoice with its own paid/cancelled/refunded lifecycle. • Tenant reimbursement requests — tenants can claim expenses they covered for you. Approve once, it auto-adjusts the next rent invoice. • Redesigned Tenant Profile — rating, rental history and reviews from past landlords. Export ID proofs as a signed PDF or PNG. • Smart Check-In QR auto-closes the moment the tenant accepts. New ZetsGeo logo and a refreshed Property page (Photos → Location → grouped actions → Share → Delete). Bug fixes and performance improvements. Compact alternative (under 500 chars for tighter reviewers): • Payments tab per tenant — rent schedule with Paid, Pending, Overdue, Refunded. • Auto-generated single-page rent invoices, branded to your PG, with full T&C. • WhatsApp + push to tenants on every rent update. • Security deposit panel with consumption tracking. • Custom bills (electricity, plumbing, guard) and tenant reimbursement requests. • Redesigned Tenant Profile with rating, history and reviews. • Smart Check-In QR auto-closes on accept. Price updates

What's New in ZetsGeo v1.7.0 Discover Cards Redesigned Full-bleed image cards with bold neubrutalist styling. Property cards show price in a bright yellow badge, specs chips, and amenities — all overlaid on the image. Tenant cards display a clean bullet-point profile with budget, preferences, and living status. Rental Agreements & PDF Create rental agreements with AI-generated legal text, download as PDF, and share directly from the agreement detail screen. Add tenants who aren't on ZetsGeo yet — we'll create a placeholder profile so you can proceed immediately. Send Reminders & Custom Notifications Lessors can send premade reminders (Rent Pending, Maintenance, Inspection) or write custom messages to tenants — single or in bulk. Tenants can send repair requests, rent confirmations, and vacating notices to their owner. All messages are saved as history. Monthly Rent Reminders Automatic push notification on the 1st of every month for active rental agreements. Lessors can toggle this per-tenant from the agreement detail screen. Multi-Tenant Support (PG/Hostel) PG and hostel properties can now check in multiple tenants simultaneously. Re-check-in after checkout is fully supported. Tenant Ratings Rate your tenants (1–5 stars) on checkout. Ratings appear on tenant cards in Portfolio so other lessors can see tenant history. Stay History See a tenant's full rental history with you — past stays, dates, durations, and agreed rent — on their detail page. Map Improvements - 10KM default view (was street-level) - All properties visible regardless of availability status - Instant loading via position caching — second launch shows properties immediately - "No properties here — search or move the map" hint when area is empty Guest Browsing Browse the map and see all property listings without signing up. Tap a property or use Discover/Drive to get a sign-up prompt.
