Weather sits beside the clock in landscape and below it in portrait. • Turns a soft red after dark — or pick white, warm or red. • Settings > Night Mode > Sleep Screen: choose the layout, clock style, color, brightness and burn-in protection. • Turn on Only While Charging and it sleeps by itself at night only when plugged in. Also • Weather conditions now appear in the app's language.

Older iPads, back on the shelf as a frame • PicDock now runs on iPad Air 2, iPad mini 4, iPad (5th gen) and the first iPad Pro (iOS 15 or later). Bring that drawer iPad back as a photo frame. • On low-memory devices photos load lighter and background blur is off by default. • Face-photo filtering analyzes only while charging on older devices to save battery. Also • Apple Music library browsing needs iOS 16 or later; on iOS 15 you can still search the catalog and use built-in music.

Sleep mode • Tap the moon button and the screen goes dark with just a dim clock. Tap again for a flashlight and a wake-up button. • It can also fall asleep on its own during your Night Mode hours. Also • The two-column Settings layout now opens on slightly narrower screens. • Stability and layout fixes.

PicDock is now free to keep using. • No more playback time limits, and no ads. The slideshow just runs. • If you already had the app, Premium is yours permanently. Nothing you had goes away. • New installs get everything for 7 days.
