TourSync is a tour scheduling platform designed for docents at museums and cultural institutions. It provides docents with a simple, reliable way to plan and manage guided tours, right when the group arrives. TourSync was designed to address three challenges docents have when giving tours: 1. Tour congestion in the galleries 2. Consistency of tour content delivery 3. Support for the docent Instead of working from paper notes or mental math, docents enter the tour end time and TourSync automatically builds a complete, balanced schedule for every stop. Flexible Tour Setup - There are many types of tours that can be setup in the app; standard daily tour, school tours based on departure time, first/last add-ons, optional gallery stops, choose gallery stops from a set, and sorting blocks. Dynamic Adjustments During the Tour - Easily adapt timing as needed while keeping the overall schedule intact. Multi-Museum Platform - TourSync is designed to support multiple museums and tour environments. Organizations can configure and manage their own tour data, allowing the same app to be used across different institutions.
