Pipe Profile Scanner
measure corrosion pitting
$7.99
Transform your iPhone into a professional 3D pipe surface profiling tool.
Use advanced LiDAR and TrueDepth sensors to capture precise 3D scans of pipe surfaces.
Dual Scanning Modes
• Wide-Area LiDAR Scanning - Capture entire pipe sections up to 3 feet with millimeter precision
• Ultra-Precision Close-Up Mode - Use TrueDepth (Face ID) camera for sub-millimeter accuracy on small corrosion pits at 4-20 inch range
Intelligent Analysis
• Automatic corrosion region detection and severity classification
• Real-time depth measurement and wall thickness analysis
• Critical area highlighting with color-coded heat maps
• Flattened cylindrical projections for comprehensive pipe surface visualization
Advanced Measurements
• Absolute and relative depth measurements
• Wall thickness comparison against nominal specifications
• Coverage tracking to ensure complete surface capture
• Precision estimates for quality assurance
Professional Documentation
• GPS location tagging for each scan
• Customizable metadata (pipe ID, location, operator notes)
• Pipe geometry configuration (diameter and wall thickness)
• Comprehensive scan history with searchable filters
Flexible Export Options
• 3D Formats: OBJ, PLY for CAD/analysis software
• Data: CSV spreadsheets with depth measurements
• Reports: Professional PDF reports with statistics and visualizations
• Share: Export scans directly from your device
Intuitive Controls
• Real-time scanning guidance and feedback
• Volume button controls for hands-free operation
