The big one: if you opened the watch in the morning and it was still showing yesterday’s doses, that should be sorted. The watch now tracks the date itself instead of waiting for the phone to push an update.
Also new:
• Live Activity for doses that are due. Shows on the iPhone Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, with a confirm button.
• Double Tap to confirm your next dose. Apple Watch Series 9 and Ultra 2 only.
• Streak on the watch, plus a new complication for your watch face.
• The watch widget surfaces in Smart Stack closer to dose time, not on a 15-minute loop.
