Coord is the group readiness app for friend crews. Create a trip, invite your people, and finally see in one place who's confirmed, what's still pending, and whether your group is actually ready to go.
No more "are you still in?" texts. No more chasing people across group chats. No more spreadsheets no one updates.
Here's how it works:
The organizer creates a trip and sets up what the group needs to do before you're locked in. Everyone sees the shared readiness view in real time. Coord tells you exactly where things stand and pushes you when something changes.
What makes Coord different:
- Requirements your way-set requirements for the whole group, assign them to specific people, or keep them personal. Everyone knows what's theirs.
- The Are We Ready view-one glance tells you if the group is ready to go or how many blockers are left. It's always visible, always current.
- Your urgency line-every member sees exactly how many of their own requirements are left. Nobody has to wonder what's left for them.
Coord is for the person who always ends up doing the coordinating. It makes you look organized without the overhead and gives your group one shared source of truth instead of a thread full of "sounds good!" replies.

Coord V2 is a significant update to how your group tracks trip readiness.
What's new:
The core requirements system has been rebuilt. Requirements can now be group-wide (everyone needs it), assigned to a specific person, or personal (just for you). This means your group's actual needs are reflected accurately, no more one-size-fits-all checklists.
The trip detail screen is redesigned. Requirements are organized in collapsible sections. The "Are We Ready" status row is always visible at the top. You can mark things done inline without navigating away.
Each member now sees an urgency line showing exactly how many of their own requirements are still outstanding so nobody has to guess what's left for them personally.
Collapsed sections now show blocker counts, so you can see at a glance where the holdups are without expanding everything.
Assigned requirements now show the actual name of who they're assigned to.
Full UI refresh across the app. Language tightened on every screen to be clearer and more direct.
