MyPizzaTeig
Der perfekte Pizzateig
$0.99 · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Great pizza dough takes time. MyPizzaTeig does the math.
Tell it how many pizzas you're making and when dinner is. MyPizzaTeig works out flour, water, salt and yeast to the gram, adjusts the yeast to your room temperature and rise time, and plans every step backwards from the moment you serve.
CALCULATE
• 4 styles: Neapolitan, Roman, New York, sheet pan
• Flour types with matching hydration and rise time
• Fresh, active dry and instant yeast, converted for you
• Yeast amount adjusted to room temperature and rise time
• Grams or ounces
PRE-FERMENTS
• Poolish (100% hydration) for an airy, open crumb
• Biga (55% hydration) for crunch and a nutty flavor
• Pre-ferment time feeds straight into the yeast calculation
PLAN
• A schedule from weighing to serving, with a tip for every step
• Live Activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island
• Each reminder arrives exactly once, on iPhone or Apple Watch
APPLE WATCH
• Current step with countdown and a tap to tick it off
• Ingredient list on your wrist, right when you're weighing
• "Start now" even without your iPhone nearby
• Complication and Smart Stack

Calculator
• Scrolling over the slider rows now works reliably: swipe up or down to move the page, swipe sideways to change the value. A tap on the line sets the value directly.
• On smaller iPhones the screen no longer jumps while adjusting the rise time when the minutes appear or disappear.
