Tymbo is a professional tool for running live events. It brings the show runbook, role assignments, and timing onto a single iPad — whether you are producing a concert, conference, sports broadcast, or gala dinner. WHO IT IS FOR — Stage managers and production managers — Sound engineers, lighting designers, camera operators, DJs — Show directors, hosts, broadcast teams — Safety, catering, and transport coordinators — Event coordinators and runbook authors HOW IT WORKS Each event has a runbook organized into parts of program (timelines for the main day, live boards for situational moments) and individual activities with instructions for specific roles. Activities can have fixed times ("8 PM main act"), be anchored to a key moment ("30 minutes after dinner start — first award"), or be triggered manually. Each crew member sees a filtered view of activities for their own role, can manually launch improvised cues, and everyone stays in sync in real time.
