New in 1.2.2
NUTRITION AND HYDRATION
Adjust the rest of today's nutrition plan, review the proposed changes, and apply them. Confirm drinks and their volume when logging a meal photo. Food search is easier to reach, and your food for the day appears in one list. Hydration guidance works without a team, with temperature and humidity entry when local weather is unavailable.
REHAB AND TRAINING
Keep one active rehab plan per injury. Your answers stay saved when retrying plan generation, and completed program and rehab results wait on your home screen until you open them. Activate a draft training program from the top of the plan screen.
LANGUAGE AND WEATHER
Clearer guidance explains what changing the app language means for saved plans. Training questions can use local weather, and more dates, notices, and navigation labels follow your selected language.
FIXES
More reliable back navigation across training, nutrition, rehab, health, competitions, and settings. Cycle edits and period-start choices stay saved, cycle tracking respects being turned off, and reminders avoid interrupting you. Food search retries, calendar notices, plan restoration, and workout-exit confirmations are clearer and more reliable.
1.2.2 Sep 16
This is a big one. Everything below has been in TestFlight through the 1.2.1 builds, and it all lands together here.
LIVE RUNNING
Run with a GPS pace rail that shows whether you are on target right now, automatic lap detection with a correction window, and a track mode for the oval. Segment cues arrive on time with haptics, so you can keep your eyes up. Free and landmark fartlek modes are in, and Aria will recommend ending a series after two slow reps, as a suggestion you can decline.
LIVE HEART RATE
Your Apple Watch now streams heart rate straight into the live session, with a Z1 to Z5 zone chip so you can hold the intensity you meant to hold.
CYCLE TRACKING
A daily log built on chips, a forecast screen, your cycle history with corrections, contraceptive mode, and your current phase shown on the training week. Cycle data sits behind its own separate consent, apart from every other permission in the app.
FOOD LIBRARY
Search foods with autocomplete, scan a barcode, keep favorites and recents, and log at the portion you actually ate. You can save a described meal as a personal food and reuse it. AI nutrition plans now build from real foods rather than invented ones.
RACE STRATEGY
An endurance engine covering 800 m through the marathon, with fueling cues along the way. Not racing right now? There is a general fitness path with process goals instead. Pick your event from Sprint, Hurdles, Throws or Gym.
REHAB
A regions-first body map, ready-made programs you can start directly, and the option to type an area the map does not draw.
VIDEO ANALYSIS
Trim a video inside the app before sending it for analysis, with clear handling when a clip runs over the limit.
ALSO
Habit grids on Nutrition and Training, a redesigned metabolic accuracy pane, exercise search suggestions, cached exercise images, and a steadier dashboard on first paint. Plus a long list of fixes across the live session, nutrition, theming and health sync.
1.2.1 Sep 3
Bug fixes:
- Rehab program phases show the right label in your language.
- Deleting a program now removes it everywhere.
- Programs are no longer archived on their own.
1.2.0 Aug 22
Repeat week now saves on programs that already have logged progress.
Programs: activating and switching programs is more reliable, exercise rows in program detail no longer shift while you read them, and edits to a prescription mid-session can be undone.
Rest chips no longer show a misleading 0s.
Live sessions: short pauses between runs are tracked separately from longer breaks, restart messages say what actually happened, and your recap reflects the session you picked.
Sprint sets now read correctly in audio cues and with VoiceOver, and grouped sprints map to the right blocks on the watch.
Nutrition: your next meal saves reliably, macros stay consistent across screens, and the rings update without a delay.
Trends stay on screen if a refresh fails instead of emptying out.
Chat: the attachment menu can always be dismissed, works with screen readers, and no longer opens the wrong picker.
Added Portuguese translations for chat uploads and the live session completed screen.
The Training tab now uses a running figure icon.
1.1.9 Jul 28
Sessions you have already finished now open a choice: view what you logged, or run the session again from your coach's plan.
Expanded session rows show the full prescription, including sets, reps, rest, distance and coach notes.
Finishing a session within seconds now asks before saving, so a mis-tap does not land in your training log.
Activating a program from Drafts makes it your current program right away.
Fixed the program editor saving in a loop and never settling, and program edits now appear on every surface immediately.
1.1.8 Jul 27
Workout sharing is now camera-first, photos appear prominently in Feed posts, and workout details and verified PR badges work reliably.
1.1.7 Jul 19
This update improves profile editing, privacy information, and overall reliability.
1.1.6 Jul 17
This update brings a more personal, in-language Aria Read, a refreshed Nutrition Today with a date stepper, undoable logging, and inline meal editing, plus notification fixes and performance improvements.

Fixes Android Health Connect registration after permissions are granted, plus the latest training, onboarding, and stability updates.
