ECHO is not a clinical supervisor and does not provide professional supervision. It is a case-reflection and independent client-management workspace for counselors and psychotherapists—supporting everyday reflection, client organization, and preparation for your next session or qualified human supervision.

Create a dedicated profile for each client to organize consultation type, frequency, core concerns, risk observations, and session progress over time. Client profiles, scheduling, and session records work independently without requiring a reflection report.

Manage upcoming appointments and daily session flow in one view. Prepare and send standard clinical scales (PHQ-9, GAD-7, PCL-5) before sessions begin.
- On-Device Transcription & Selective Submission
Capture what stayed with you in text or use on-device audio transcription to review pauses, repetitions, and key moments locally—then decide which de-identified excerpts to submit for reflection.
- Framework-Informed Case Reflection
Using psychology frameworks, ECHO organizes therapeutic technique, working alliance, ethical boundaries, and transference/countertransference clues into testable hypotheses and structured reflection questions—keeping private reflection separate from SOAP notes, DAP notes, and formal clinical records.
- Practice Statistics & PDF Handover
Review consultation hours, active clients, and session trends locally on your device. Export clean A4 PDF reflection reports for your physical case folder or to share with your human supervisor (for remote or in-person supervision).
- Privacy by Design & Private iCloud Continuity
Activate across iPhone, iPad, and Mac with one License Key—no traditional account registration required. Session text is encrypted in the app's local database (AES-256), with continuity across your Apple devices through your own private iCloud container. Off-device analysis begins only when you actively submit selected text. ECHO performs a two-pass identifiable-information check before analysis and before report delivery; if safe processing cannot be confirmed, analysis stops, no report is returned, and the credit is refunded.
