A member ledger for small shops and independent owners.
Whether you run your business alone or with a small team, keep client balances, prepaid sessions and transaction records together on your iPhone and iPad. BossMate helps you record daily business and keep track of returning customers.
CLIENT DETAILS AT HAND
Save names, phone numbers, birthdays, tags and notes. Search for a client and see their balance, visit count, spending history and remaining sessions. Check upcoming client birthdays in one place.
CLEAR PREPAID BALANCES
Record paid top-ups separately from promotional bonus credit, with payment methods and notes. When a client spends their balance, BossMate splits the deduction proportionally between paid and bonus credit.
PUNCH CARDS AND PACKAGES
Create packages for your services, such as five car washes or ten training sessions. Set a price, session count and optional expiry date. Record a purchase, redeem eligible sessions at checkout and track what remains.
SERVICE AND PAYMENT RECORDS
Create multi-item orders for members or walk-in clients. Link services to staff and record split payments using a balance and other payment methods. BossMate records payments; you collect the money through your usual payment channels.
CHECK REVENUE BY DATE
See how your business performed on a specific day. The statistics calendar shows service revenue and top-up receipts separately for each date. Browse past months, then review monthly totals and trends for a wider view.
The dashboard also shows today's new members and order count. Staff details summarize linked services and performance.
FOR YOUR KIND OF SMALL BUSINESS
Built for owner-run shops and independent service providers that keep member balances or sell prepaid sessions. Examples include repair shops, car care, pet services, personal training and beauty businesses. Set up your own products or services to match the way you work.
