glassRUN Yard is the mobile companion app for warehouse and yard teams running on the glassRUN supply chain platform. Built for gate security, checkers, forklift operators, and yard supervisors, it replaces paper logs and radio calls with a fast, QR-code-driven workflow that keeps trucks moving and inventory accurate — even when the yard has no signal.
KEY FEATURES
Gate & Driver Verification Check drivers and vehicles in and out at the gate, verify driver identity and vehicle details, and register new drivers, vehicles, and truck-in details in seconds.
Truck In / Truck Out Workflow Move a truck through its full yard visit — dock or bay assignment, loading or unloading, checker confirmation, and final truck-out — all from one screen.
QR Code Scanning Scan QR codes to instantly pull up orders, products, and returnable packaging (RPM) items instead of typing or searching manually — the fastest way to work a dock door.
Checker & Load Confirmation Confirm order and product quantities during loading and unloading, flag discrepancies, and keep counts synced with the back office in real time.
Forklift (FLD) Order Lists Give forklift operators a clear, prioritized list of loading and unloading tasks, with photo capture and confirmation built into every step.
Returnable Packaging (RPM) Tracking Track pallets, crates, and other returnable packaging as they move through checker and security quantity checks.
Proof of Delivery & Digital Signatures Capture manager and driver sign-offs with on-screen digital signatures, and pull up proof-of-delivery records anytime.
Photo Documentation Attach photos to loads, checker confirmations, and forklift tasks to document condition and resolve disputes quickly.
Offline-First Built for warehouses with spotty connectivity: operational data is cached locally, scans and confirmations queue automatically, and everything syncs the moment you're back online.
WHO IT'S FOR glassRUN Yard is a private business app for warehouse, gate, and yard staff at companies using the glassRUN platform. You'll need a company-issued account to sign in — contact your glassRUN administrator if you need access.
