RENTALS Hub now runs your rental business. Build listings from your fleet, set your own durations and rate plans, price multi-day rentals in tiers, add required and optional extras, take a deposit as a card hold at pickup, and publish a booking page customers can pay on. Waivers are signed per rider on a multi-bike order and the signature evidence stays on the booking. A turnaround buffer blocks the calendar around a return, so a bike is never promised while it is still on the rack. In the app, Rentals is its own destination: check a bike out at the counter, hand the iPad over as a kiosk, or text the customer a booking link. Rider fit shows on the booking, so the right size goes out the door. THE WORK ORDER BOARD, ON IOS The board is in the app now. Lanes size to the screen instead of running past the fold, empty columns collapse to rails, the date controls stay put, landscape works on a phone, and the board keeps its date when you come back from a work order. On the web, drag a work order between status columns, pick the board layout your shop reads best, and treat overdue as a lens on the calendar instead of a separate pile. SCAN PARTS INTO AN ESTIMATE Scan a part barcode and it goes straight on the estimate. Quick add works the same on web and iOS, the scanner stays open for the next part, an exact match adds itself, and a long parts list no longer fails the whole scan. Your shop parts catalog now sits in the estimate builder next to labor, so nobody hunts SKUs in the POS. CHECK-IN Check-in mints the bike with a catalog picker, so a bike that is not in the system yet arrives with real specs instead of a blank record. The due date you picked reads back as text, and you can set it before check-in. YOUR SHOP ONLINE Hub builds your shop a website, structured so search engines and AI assistants can actually read your services. It carries a service menu with pricing and a request-service form, plus a booking widget you can drop into the site you already have. TELL US HOW YOU WORK Record, upload or type how your shop actually runs. Hub transcribes it and turns it into a tracked list of requests you can follow. LIGHTSPEED Due-date edits made in Hub now push to Lightspeed instead of reverting. Multi-location accounts resolve to the right shop, and Hub declines rather than guessing when it cannot tell which outlet a work order belongs to. Push failures are reported instead of silently swallowed. FIXED Fleet no longer wedges on a spinner or reports a cancelled error on a fresh open, and a failed rentals load no longer claims you have no bookings. Fleet bike detail opens. The pending bookings badge is no longer clipped by the toolbar. Renter emails use your shop name and the right timezone. A serialized part that does not match no longer duplicates a customer's bike or links it across shops. Sending a text or an email from the app actually sends.

Onboarding has never been easier. After downloading the app you get right into onboarding your shop. We updated this flow to be as easy as possible. Fixed a few bugs and improved loading speed when shops have 10k+ work orders in the last three years.

Settings in Hub Web feed the iOS app. WORK ORDERS -One tap work order creation in Lightspeet -View component health of your customer. -Complete work order tasks in app that write back to Lightspeed TRAIL HITS SCRIBE INSPECTION -Added pause and resume options so users can pause mid dictation if need to help customer. Resume then process. -Prior you had to wait for dictation to complete before you could fine tune the inspections items. Now results start processing within a few seconds. -If you know your labor SKU's just mention them and TH Scribe will hear them and be ready to add to your estimate. -Other Ai optimizations and bug fixes. TH Scribe is pretty sweet. Looking forward to everyone trying it out.
