Add your properties, break them into units, and assign tenants. See at a glance which units are occupied, who lives there, and how many open requests each property has.
Maintenance requests
Log a repair with a title, description, priority (Low / Medium / High / Emergency) and up to 10 photos. Track it through a clear status flow: Reported → In Progress → Waiting → Resolved. Add estimated and actual costs, assign a contractor, and leave timestamped notes as work progresses.
Contractor directory
Save your plumber, electrician, roofer and every other trade you rely on. Attach a contractor to any request and view their full job history in one tap.
PDF reports
Generate a professional summary of any request (photos, costs, contractor, notes) and share it with your tenant or keep it for your records.
CSV export
