Improve your posture and maintain a healthy distance from your screen while you work.
Upright helps you stay aware of how close you are to your display using real-time distance estimation through your device’s camera. When you lean too close, Upright gently alerts you so you can adjust your posture and protect your eyes and neck.
Designed to run quietly in the background, Upright makes it easy to build healthier screen habits throughout your day.
