Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Our app is an Order Booking and Sales Management application used by authorized company sales representatives to manage customer orders and track field sales activities.
Location Usage:
The application collects location data only for work-related operational purposes. Location is used for the following features:
1. Clock In / Clock Out
The app records the employee’s location when they start and end their work shift to verify field attendance.
2. Customer Visit Verification
Sales representatives visit customer locations to book orders. Location data helps confirm that the visit occurred at the correct customer location.
3. Route Tracking (GPX)
During working hours, the app records GPS route data to generate travel reports and monitor field activity for operational purposes.
Background Location Usage:
The app may access location in the background during active work hours to accurately track travel routes and verify field activity. Location tracking stops when the employee clocks out of their shift.
Data Usage and Privacy:
Location data is used strictly for internal company operational purposes and is only accessible to authorized company administrators. The data is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
User Consent:
Users are clearly informed about location usage and must grant location permission before the feature can function. The app is intended for authorized company employees only.
