Each inspection includes a pre-populated checklist (UK and US standards), per-item pass/fail/N/A results, up to 5 photos per item, inspector details, certificate reference, expiry date, and an overall result. Checklists Start with pre-populated checklists tailored to your region — boiler flue checks for UK gas safety, GFCI tests for US electrical, and more. Edit, add or remove items to match your exact needs. Custom inspections start with a blank checklist. Expiry tracking & reminders Set an expiry date and receive push notification reminders at 30, 14 and 7 days before renewal is due.
