4、根据你的目标与身体最近发生的状况, 告诉你最近是否吃的营养, 并为你推荐近期适合你摄入的食物.
5、每周为你生成一份营养周报, 让你清晰地阅读近期身体的状况.
一蔬一饭与 AI 相关的功能都需要开通会员进行使用. 包括但不限于:
1、分析食物的营养价值与卡路里
2、根据身体信息, 分析每日应摄入卡路里(热量缺口)
3、计算你与身体目标的匹配度
4、周分析饮食结构功能.
一蔬一饭超级会员提供三种付费结构:
1、月度会员. 中国大陆为¥9.90元/月, 其他地区为$4.99/月 (美元, 根据汇率进行换算)
2、年度会员. 中国大陆为¥99.00元/年, 其他地区为$49.99/年 (美元, 根据汇率进行换算)
