Silent Proof is the first app that creates tamper-evident proof of your phone non-usage during focus sessions. Whether you’re studying, working, or in a digital detox, you can show others—or yourself—that you stayed off your phone.
How it works
Create a focus session, lock your screen within 10 seconds, and keep it locked until the session ends. Silent Proof monitors your screen lock state and app usage in real time. When you’re done, you get a verifiable proof report with cryptographic hashing and device binding—so it can’t be faked.
