TaxScanZA: SA Tax Scanner
Scan. Comply with SARS. Done.
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
SARS rejected your document?
Every tax season, millions of South Africans photograph their documents, upload them to eFiling, and get rejected. Wrong size. Wrong format. No explanation.
TaxScanZA fixes that in thirty seconds.
Scan any tax document with your phone camera. The app automatically optimises it to meet SARS requirements: under 5MB, 300 DPI, correct format. You see the result immediately — file size before and after, with a clear "SARS compliant" confirmation.
YOUR DOCUMENTS STAY ON YOUR DEVICE
Your IRP5, medical certificates, and receipts contain sensitive personal information — ID numbers, income details, medical history. TaxScanZA never uploads your documents to a server. All scanning and optimisation happens on your phone. No cloud processing. No remote storage. The developer never sees your files.
