Ratings & Reviews

Updated Independent Contractor Agreement for both commercial carriers and private haulers. Carriers review and sign the current agreement in the app, and onboarding now captures operating authority, insurance certificate details, and vehicle registration information. Proof of delivery now records a GPS-stamped timestamp alongside the recipient signature, name, and photos. Payout accuracy improvements: the rate agreed when a load is accepted is the rate paid on delivery. Plus general reliability fixes.
