Familial is absolutely phenomenal. As a father of 3 I’ve always wanted to find the balance between family and social media. Familial offers the perfect balance, a private platform where I can share photos and connect with the rest of my family without being invaded by ads and having to worry about my personal data being stolen. I live in the US while my sister and her family live in Sweden. Sometimes it’s difficult to stay in contact with each other. Through familial we’ve been able to stay in contact and I’ve been able to see their adventures, and listen to stories they have through the campfire feature. Thank you!

wanted a place to share life updates with close friends and family without my data being sold to advertisers lol and this app is perfect for that. super simple to use and actually feels private. i have deleted all of the other social media apps over the years as they’ve gotten worse and worse, but this fills in the gaps that they left and lets me stay in touch with my family in a way that i genuinely enjoy. especially as we are starting to have kids ourselves :)
