Demarc is the field companion for structured cabling techs who need to get off the clipboard and onto something that survives a jobsite.
Built around the Fluke DSX-5000 / DSX-8000 workflow, Demarc lets you drop pins on a floor plan, tap to update status, import certification CSVs, and hand a clean report to the customer without fighting a spreadsheet in a hot ceiling.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Pin drops directly on your floor plan: zoom, pan, bulk-add, bulk-update
• Import Fluke LinkWare / DSX CSVs and auto-link results to the right drops (PASS, PASS*, and FAIL all handled)
• Photograph terminations and jobsite conditions and attach them to the drop
• Record voice notes on a drop
• Barcode / QR scan cable IDs for instant lookup
• Daily logs with a one-tap draft built from the day's crew, hours and cable counts and your open punch items
• Punch list and change orders
• Service Agreements: log SLA visits and MAC (Move/Add/Change) entries
• Inventory: track SKUs, reels, drop materials, and project material usage
• Client Portal: share read-only project status with the GC or owner
• Works offline: queued drops, logs and punch items sync when you get signal back
• Delete your account from Settings at any time

• Fixed: importing Fluke LinkWare CSV files no longer fails
• Daily logs: "Generate Log" now drafts your entry on the Demarc server from the day's crew, hours, cable counts and open punch items. No third-party AI service or API key is involved, and the AI Provider setting is gone
• Fixed: punch items created offline now sync when you reconnect
• Import matching: suggested cable-ID matches are limited to near-identical IDs, show both IDs for confirmation before renaming, and can be undone
• Scan editor: erasing an opening can now be undone
• Delete Account now tells you why if the account can't be deleted (for example an active subscription) instead of signing you out
• LiDAR room scanning is hidden in this version until it is fully verified; importing and editing existing scans is unchanged
• Privacy manifest now lists voice-note audio
