New update.
4.06.07 May 31
Bug Fixes
Fixed community feed crash: corrected a database column reference (avatar_uri) that was causing the community feed to error out for all users
Fixed Featured Vendors carousel: vendors were not rotating daily as intended — replaced the random tiebreaker with a deterministic round-robin so every eligible vendor gets equal prime placement across days
UI Changes
Removed the daily streak/check-in card from the home screen
Removed the "Special Thanks" section and family photo from the Thank You screen — cleaned up all associated code and styles
Infrastructure
Added a server-side feature flag system (/api/app-features) that lets specific app features be toggled on or off instantly from the backend without requiring a new build — the Thank You screen button is the first feature wired to this system
Set FEATURE_THANK_YOU=false in production so the Thank You button will be hidden for all users once this build is installed
4.06.06 May 30
Star ratings in reviews — The "What People Are Saying" section on the home screen now shows an aggregate rating so you can see the overall score at a glance before reading individual reviews.
Vendor ad images — Fixed an issue where vendor promotional images were not displaying correctly on device. Ads now load their photos properly.
Auctions page cleanup — Scheduled shows that never go live are now removed from the Auctions page within 30 minutes of their missed start time, keeping the list accurate and current.
Bug fixes and performance improvements.
4.06.04 May 27
Best Sellers
A new Best Sellers carousel on the home screen highlights the most popular coins in the marketplace — auto-rotating with sold count badges and a direct Buy Now shortcut.
Trade Image Fix
Coin images were randomly missing from trade listings. All trade card images now load reliably every time.
Inventory Count Fix
Sellers reported having to set a higher quantity than they actually had in stock for the available count to display correctly. This is now fixed — whatever number you enter is exactly what buyers see as available. The quantity field also pre-fills with your current available count when you edit a listing, so there's no more guesswork.
3.06.04 May 27
Bug fixes and improvements:
Fixed an issue where selecting a photo for your storefront logo or banner would sometimes clear the image immediately after picking it
County now works the same as City/Town — tap to search and select from a list instead of typing manually
Fixed a save error that prevented some vendors from updating their profile when certain fields (business type, city, state) contained longer text
Fixed the Admin panel showing "1 stat failed to load" — the Vendors section was returning an error due to a missing database field
2.06.04 May 22
Admin panel trade list — completed trades now sort to the top, and cards show "Updated [date]" instead of the original creation date
"Trader" name permanently fixed — server now looks up real usernames from the DB before saving any trade, so the placeholder can never reach storage again
Trade partner names — Trade Center and admin Recent Trades now always show live display names, even for older trades that had "Trader" stored
Profile trade count — was always showing 0; fixed wrong column names and wrong status value in the stats query
Image loading speed — removed the temp-file pattern for serving images, now streams directly from object storage
Previous build (v15.1.21 / build 523)
Order shipping actions always visible and streamlined
Latest Trades carousel sort mismatch fixed
Admin trades excluded from Live Feed fixed
Navigation fix to prevent duplicate chat screens
Stuck "Sending" indicator in chat fixed
Sensitive data masking + admin access hardening
All item types can now be listed as pre-sale
"Item Saved" notifications restricted to active listings only
Quick Post button hidden for vendor accounts
Vendor Featured Card background image upload
Vendor storefront logo upload failures fixed
2.05.04 May 20
Vendor Card Backgrounds
Vendors can now upload a custom background image for their store card — a wide banner that appears behind their featured card on the home screen, vendor spotlight, and marketplace. Head to Edit Storefront to add yours.
Smarter Notifications
"Item Saved" notifications are now sent only to the seller when a buyer saves their active listing. Collectors with items in their personal collection will no longer receive save alerts, keeping your notification center focused on what matters.
Cleaner Vendor Navigation
The Quick Post shortcut has been removed from the vendor toolbar — vendors have dedicated posting tools built into the storefront, so the shortcut was redundant clutter.
Bug Fixes & Performance Improvements
Ongoing stability improvements across the marketplace, notifications, and storefront experience.

2.04.04 May 17
This release focuses on daily engagement and collector retention. No changes to checkout, payments, listings, or messaging behavior.
New features
Daily Check-In — A new card on the home tab lets you check in once per day to earn XP and build a login streak. Tracks current streak, longest streak, and total days.
Daily Missions — A new card on the home tab shows five daily tasks (post an item, like 3 items, add a wishlist item, leave a comment, follow a collector). Each grants XP when claimed. Missions reset every day.
Collector XP & Levels — Your activity now earns XP from check-ins, missions, and existing trades and sales. XP rolls up into a level shown on your profile. This sits alongside (does not replace) the existing military / law-enforcement rank system.
Showcase Pinning — On any of your own coin or patch detail pages, tap the star to pin it to your profile showcase. Up to 6 pinned items.
Trade Match Suggestions — A new screen at /trade-matches cross-references your wishlist against other collectors' public vaults to surface possible swaps. Empty state links to the wishlist if you haven't added items yet.
Leaderboard time window — The Collectors leaderboard now has a Month / All-Time toggle.
What to verify
Home tab loads normally; new cards appear between Quick Actions and Getting Started.
Daily check-in awards XP exactly once per day, even if you tap multiple times quickly.
Missions only credit XP once per task per day.
Pinning a 7th showcase item is blocked with a clear message.
Existing flows are unchanged: marketplace, checkout, Apple Pay, auctions, live shows, messaging, vendor storefronts, account linking.
Behind the scenes (no user-visible change)
Concurrency hardening on check-in, mission claim, and showcase pin so rapid taps or duplicate requests can't double-award XP or exceed the 6-pin cap.
Database migrations are additive only and run automatically at server boot.
Two placeholder missions ("visit vendor stores," "send/respond to trade") were removed because their progress tracking isn't wired yet — they will not appear to users.
Privacy
No new data collection, no new permissions, no new third-party SDKs.
Trade match suggestions only read items already marked public/trade-eligible.
Showcase pins only read items you own.

CoinVault — Update Summary
This update is a stability and quality-of-life release for our existing TestFlight build. No new monetization, no new account types, no changes to data collection, payments, or permissions. All changes are user-facing improvements and bug fixes.
Messaging improvements
Real-time messaging is now fully bi-directional — new messages appear instantly without a manual refresh.
Added support for selecting multiple images in a single message.
Added long-press copy/paste support on chat messages.
New iMessage-style emoji reactions on chat messages. Reactions sync in real time between participants.
Fixed an issue where some sockets would not reconnect cleanly after backgrounding.
Cleaner notification behavior: new chat messages now only appear in the Messages tab (with its own unread badge) instead of also stacking up in the Notifications/Alerts inbox. Push notifications and in-app banners still appear so users know a message arrived; banners are automatically suppressed when the user is already viewing the conversation.
Navigation & home screen
Expanded the home-screen "Quick Actions → More" menu so it covers the full set of in-app navigation destinations.
Brightened and animated the bottom MENU pull-tab so it's easier to discover.
Reliability fixes (server-side)
General socket reliability and message-banner suppression cleanup.
One-time data hygiene sweeps to remove legacy duplicate notification entries from users' inboxes.
No changes to:
Account creation / sign-in flows
In-app purchases or RevenueCat entitlements
Stripe payment flows
Permissions, data collection, or privacy disclosures
Bundle ID, capabilities, or supported devices

What's New in 15.1.8
This release focuses on stability, payment safety, and admin tools.
Fixed an issue that could cause the Admin dashboard to show "1 stat failed to load" and prevented some payment records from displaying.
Resolved background errors in maintenance jobs (transaction expiry and payment reminders) caused by a missing database column.
Cleaned up Home tab background warnings tied to the same database issue, reducing log noise on cold loads.
Featured Vendors carousel and Vendor Spotlight now show accurate vendor tier and follower counts.
Vendor listings now correctly display "For Sale" instead of "Trade Only" in all four vendor surfaces (vendor profile, homepage featured vendor card, marketplace vendor list, and listing detail). Vendor accounts can no longer accidentally create trade-only items.
Shipped Phases 2–4 of the Custom Order Listing system: vendors can send price quotes, buyers can accept or reject quotes, deposits and balance payments are split correctly through Stripe, and proof-of-work approval is required before final payment when the vendor opts in. Both buyer and vendor dashboards now include a Custom Orders section with status-aware actions.
Custom Order checkout now correctly routes platform fees to the platform Stripe account.
Added Tier 1 payment-safety guardrails: every checkout re-verifies each seller's Stripe account immediately before charging, failed seller transfers retry automatically with backoff, and the team is alerted by email if a transfer cannot be completed after multiple attempts.
Admins can now grant a free 30-day Ultimate trial to any vendor and revoke it at any time. Admin-granted trials, paid Ultimate, and the vendor_free permanent grant are all treated equivalently across the app.
Restored vendor visibility on Featured Vendors and Vendor Alley for vendors with active inventory whose entitlement state had drifted.
Improved cache reliability: the server now automatically falls back to in-memory caching if the shared cache is unreachable, so heavy endpoints like the Home feed stay fast.
Numerous small reliability fixes across vendor onboarding, billing status, and notification delivery.
Thank you for being part of the CoinVault community. Please keep the feedback coming through the in-app issue reporter — we read every report.
1.03.03 May 12
This update focuses on stability and a few quality-of-life fixes based on TestFlight feedback.
• Smoother home feed — eliminated the occasional stutter that could happen while scrolling, especially right after opening the app.
• Registry: tapping a "Related Items" coin or patch no longer shows "Item Not Found." The detail page now opens reliably every time.
• Like and Favorite are now separate. Tapping the thumbs-up on a registry card no longer adds the item to your wishlist — only the heart does that.
• Police Week ads now display the full image without cropping the artwork off the top or bottom.
• Renamed the collector "Link Account" tile to "Settings" so it's easier to find profile and account options.
• Behind-the-scenes reliability improvements: tightened admin alerting so you only get notified when something actually needs your attention, and added duplicate-suppression for ad review notices.
1.03.02 May 11
This release is all about making CoinVault faster, smoother, and ready for the busiest days on the marketplace.
• Snappier app, even when things are busy. We rebuilt the parts of the server that handle peak traffic — sale spikes, big drop posts, popular live shows — so the app stays responsive when everyone's online at once.
• Faster checkout and sale notifications. Stripe purchases and seller payout updates now process behind the scenes the moment they're confirmed, so buyers see their order land and sellers get their sale alerts without delay.
• Quicker push notifications for popular sellers. When a vendor with hundreds of followers posts a new coin, the "new listing" alerts now fan out in parallel instead of one at a time. Followers get notified in seconds, not minutes.
• Smoother image uploads. Tighter limits and stronger safeguards on photo uploads keep the app stable when you're posting a batch of coin photos, and protect against bad image files that could slow things down for everyone.
• Faster image loading across the app. Coin photos, profile avatars, and storefront banners are now served from a content delivery network, so images appear instantly worldwide.
• More reliable "Who's Online". The friends-online list is faster and won't show empty when there are clearly people active — a small but annoying bug, now squashed.
• Smarter rate limits. We tightened limits on a per-account basis so a busy office Wi-Fi or shared network won't accidentally lock you out anymore.
• Behind-the-scenes scaling work. Doubled the database connection capacity and gave the server eight times more memory to work with, so CoinVault is ready for a lot more collectors without slowing down.
Thanks for being part of the CoinVault community. Keep the questions, bug reports, and feature ideas coming — every release gets better because of you.
