Presence 2.0.1 makes three things more dependable. • iCloud Sync: Remove Duplicates now waits until Presence has synced without an error before it removes a copy. • Back up all data: two backups at the same time, for example from Money and from Settings, no longer delete each other’s files. • Presence Pro: the App Store purchase sheet now opens in the window you’re using, also on iPad.

Presence 2.0 – a big update. • New design: the document comes first, and Home shows what you’re owed and what needs you next. • Free plan: issue 3 invoices and 3 proposals every month, with unlimited drafts. • One Presence Pro subscription now works on iPhone, iPad and Mac. • Invoices: VAT per line, deposits and part payments, credit notes, numbers given at issue, and a currency and language per document. • Your logo on every invoice and proposal: add it from your photo library, a file (also as a PDF) or the clipboard, and choose its size. • Clients: leads, follow-up reminders and contract renewals. • Germany: XRechnung (XML) export with Presence Pro. • iCloud sync, App Lock right at launch, and “Back up all data”. • Invoice PDFs: discounts set “before tax” are now calculated correctly, and the Modern template shows every line again. If you sent PDFs with such a discount, please check their tax amount. • Invoices from Germany at 0% VAT now need your tax number or VAT ID in your profile before you send them. • Automatic payment reminders are now part of Presence Pro. If you had them on, they’re paused on the free plan, and your settings are kept. • Update Presence on all your devices: earlier versions show invoices with several VAT rates or part payments incorrectly.
