Recording reliability: - If a call or Siri interrupts a recording, it now carries on. Claro rebuilds the audio connection rather than just restarting it, and keeps trying for long enough that the phone has actually handed the microphone back. Recovery used to give up after two seconds, which was never enough. - Plugging in a headset or microphone part-way through is now handled. Claro rebuilds the connection instead of carrying on with one that has stopped delivering audio. - Continuing a recording after a problem now streams to Claro as you speak, the same as the first part did. Continued recordings were only being kept on the device. - A consultation now stays with one note. If Claro lost track of which note a recording belonged to, it could start a second one and leave the first holding audio nothing would ever write up. - Discarding no longer throws away a consultation Claro has already saved for you. - A recording that's recovered after a problem no longer reports a failure it didn't have. It could say "Something went wrong" while the consultation was already being written up — and offer to discard it. - The notice after a recovered recording no longer shows an impossible figure like "about 44 seconds of about 43 seconds". When the whole recording survived, it now says so. The lock screen: - The Recording indicator no longer counts on forever after Claro closes. It ends when the consultation is written up, and says "Recording may have stopped" — within about a minute and a half, rather than several — when Claro can't confirm it's still going, including with no signal at all. - It now tells the difference between a recording you paused and one interrupted by something taking the microphone, rather than showing both as "Paused". No signal: - Losing connection part-way through a consultation now says what's actually happening: "No connection. This consultation is saving to your device and will upload by itself." Recording carries on as normal, and nothing needs doing when the signal comes back. Elsewhere: - A clinic whose plan has lapsed is now told that, instead of being asked to check its internet connection.

- Groundwork for ordering. The store's "coming soon" screen can now carry the wholesale application, so a clinic can apply for store access from the phone once Fresh Clinics opens applications. It stays switched off until then, and nothing about the screen changes in the meantime.

- You can now record a consultation straight from a patient's file. The menu there leads with it, so you no longer have to pick "Write a note" to reach recording. Recording starts on the note itself, with the patient already linked. - The calendar now draws on your own timezone rather than whatever the device is set to, so times read correctly when you're away from your usual clinic. - A new appointment now opens on the next quarter hour instead of the exact minute you happened to tap, matching the times the picker below actually offers. - When a suggestion can't be applied, you now see why. It used to say only "Server error (422). Please try again", which didn't tell you that, for instance, the medication isn't on that patient's record.

A single recurring appointment anywhere in the days you were looking at could make the whole calendar come up empty, so a full day could read as "No appointments". - Appointments now appear on the right day and at the right time. Morning bookings were being filed under the previous evening, which left the day grid looking empty while the agenda listed a full schedule. - The week view no longer comes up blank on a Sunday. - If the calendar can't load, it now says so. It used to show an empty diary instead, which read as "you have nothing on" — the one thing it shouldn't say when it doesn't know. - When you book, you can now see when a practitioner is free, and you're warned before double-booking them. It's guidance, not a barrier — you can still save. - Changes to an appointment now stick. Editing the details of an existing booking, or setting it to repeat, could previously accept what you entered and quietly discard it.

- You can now write a note by hand instead of recording one. Open a patient, tap + beside Notes and choose "Write a note" — for a quick jotting, or when the recording never got started. It's on the notes list too, on iPhone and iPad. - Changed your mind and would rather talk? Tap Record on an empty note and the consultation records straight into it — you stay on the note, and the patient it belongs to stays with it. What you jot while it runs guides the note and is kept alongside it. - A note now sits at the top of its own screen, above the clinical letter and documents made from it, so you land on the thing you came to read or write. - Claro now asks for your profession if it doesn't have it, whatever your role in the clinic. Your profession shapes how your notes are written, and people in non-practitioner roles were never being asked.

- You can now set your profession and specialty in Settings, under Profile. Claro writes your notes to match the way your discipline documents, so a dentist, a nurse and a dermatologist no longer get the same shaped note. - If we don't have your profession on file, Claro now asks once — with your registration already filled in, so it's usually one tap to confirm. If you ever declined the notification prompt — or your notifications quietly stopped working at some point — Claro was unable to send you anything at all, including messages and clinical alerts, with no sign anything was wrong. Claro now registers for notifications properly on every launch, so turning them on in Settings works, and a device that fell off starts working again by itself.
