On the monthly plans where we keep your keys, a park no longer has an end time — we hold your car until you ask for it back, so we stopped asking how many hours. Faster key requests from the home screen, plus fixes to street-cleaning moves.

On the Fixed garage and Valet anywhere plans, your valet now keeps your keys after parking. That is what lets us move your car before street cleaning without you having to be there. You can ask for them back any time from the home screen — a valet brings them over and your car stays parked. We also stopped asking you when your street is cleaned. The valet reads the sign where they park, and we move the car before the sweep. Booking now opens on your fixed address when you are near it, so the car comes straight to your door.

Your doorman can now do the handoff for you. Share one link from the street-cleaning box on your home screen — it shows them what's happening, lets them type the valet's code, and lets them message the valet. It keeps working every week. Your code and keypad now sit on the home screen instead of a screen further in. When you ask for your car back, we now ask where you are rather than sending it to where the job started.

If your car has to be moved while it is parked — street cleaning, or a spot that did not work out — your valet can now update where it is. You get the new location in the app, on the map, and in chat.

Never miss a street-cleaning day again. Set the days your side is swept and your phone will wake you before every one, free. The reminders are held by your phone, so they arrive even with the app closed and no signal. Tap the countdown to see the whole month. There is a new home screen widget too: how long until cleaning, and one tap to park or book a move. Your map now opens where you actually are. The app asks for your location the first time you book, so the pin starts on your own curb instead of a default city, and a new button re-centres on you whenever you need it. Schedule & Save is on the home screen: put the services you use on a plan and pay 23% less than booking them one at a time.

Valets can now handle several jobs at once and move between them freely, so pickups happen sooner at busy times. Valets can also attach an existing photo when documenting a vehicle or a parking sign.
