Nova rewrites the questions and grades you against the real role. • One résumé, everywhere. Upload once and it carries to every practice session. Lives on your Profile, replace any time. • Faster first interview. New onboarding puts you in your first practice session in under a minute — free-text role, duration picker, and the Sharpen-it card right there. • Richer reports. Persona, four competency scores (structure, specifics, communication, role fit), per-question feedback with model answers, and concrete answer rewrites. • Real interviews, too. Recorded recruiter sessions now show on Home with playback + AiIA's expected-performance estimate. • Clearer cues. The submit button now reads "Tap here to submit answer" so it's obvious when to act after you've spoken.
