Private browsing relay: signed-out browsing can now route through Columbia, an open-source, operator-blind transport that keeps the sites you read from seeing your address. It's on by default and always falls back to a normal connection, so browsing never breaks. Plus smoother scrolling and a batch of stability fixes.
