During focus, the flip-style timer keeps your attention on the time that matters. Start, pause, resume, and skip are all clear and immediate, so the app stays out of your way. As you complete sessions, it naturally moves you into short or long breaks. Breaks should do more than fill time. During rest, you can switch into meditation and guided breathing to calm down with intention and avoid ineffective breaks. Instead of drifting back to your phone, you get a structured way to recover and come back ready for the next round. If sound helps, the app includes options like white noise, rain, fire, and space-like ambient audio. Meditation and breathing also use cue sounds to support the rhythm, making both focus and rest easier to stay with. The visual experience stays clean and immersive. The default look is a dark mechanical flip clock with a warm glow, and you can also customize colors, digit fonts, and your background image to make the timer feel more like your own space.
