MOBILITY AID SCANNER
Scan QR-coded mobility aid tags directly from AVA Pro to instantly identify a patron and their requirements. No searching, no fumbling — just point, scan, and act. Perfect for busy foyers and rapid handovers between staff members.
PERFORMANCE BRIEFING
Before the show begins, every member of your team receives the full performance brief — show title, time, access patron count, wheelchair spaces in use, hearing loop and vision assistance requirements, early access details, and supervisory contacts. Everyone walks in informed.
SEAT MAP
A full venue seating plan is available directly in AVA Pro — uploaded by your manager. Pinch to zoom, pan around the layout, and switch between maps for different shows. Always the right map, always up to date.

Track mobility and access equipment loaned out during a performance. Scan an item's QR code, issue it to a registered patron in seconds, and see everything currently on loan at a glance — with a single tap to mark it returned.

AVA 3.0: Mission Control on iPad, and Venue Stock
MISSION CONTROL ON iPAD
• Run AVA with iPads only, no Mac needed. Venues that have a Mac can use both.
• Choose how each iPad is used when AVA opens: AVA Pro for front of house, or Mission Control for managers (protected by your admin code).
• Set up a brand-new venue straight from an iPad, or join an existing venue by entering its admin code.
• Venue name, resident shows, show times and policies now sync through iCloud to every device.
NEW: VENUE STOCK
Count your merchandise quickly and accurately, by location.
• Set up locations, items, and sizes and colours, then print barcode labels for each shelf or cupboard.
• Stock Control on iPhone and iPad: scan a location's label (or type its code) and count, one item at a time. Several people can count different locations at once.
• Watch the count come in live in Mission Control, with totals for every item and size and where each is stored.
• See what's sold since the last count, taking into account stock put out at the sale points.
• Major Counts include your stock room, and Book In Delivery records new stock as it arrives.
• Check Against Sales: compare a finished count with your till, tick each line, or send it back to a phone for a recount.
• Pause a count (for example during the interval) and pick up where you left off.
• Count History, archiving, and export to Excel or CSV.
• Schedule counts before and after shows, at set times each day, weekly or monthly.

• A fresh card-style look for menus and Venue Setup.
• Menus show the everyday options by default. Tap the gear button to switch on Venue Stock, Mission Control, Stock Control or Stock Management.
• End Performance now also clears messages on every device.
• Fixed a crash when deleting a seat logic section or policy while it was being edited.
