SET UP IN MINUTES • Create your business, add your locations, and publish a programme. • Earn points per amount spent or per visit, with an optional points cap and points expiry. • Add rewards like a free coffee for 100 points, with optional stock limits. AT THE COUNTER • Scan the customer's code in the app and award points in seconds. • Find customers by name or email when they don't have their code to hand. • Confirm reward redemptions, or offer a reward for the customer to accept. • Adjust or void points when a mistake is made, with a reason on record. • Works with a patchy connection: actions taken offline are sent when you're back online. "HERE NOW" CHECK-INS Turn your phone or tablet into a counter beacon. Customers who've turned on counter check-in show up under Here now as they reach the counter, so you can award points without scanning a thing. GROW YOUR CUSTOMER LIST • Share your join link or print a QR poster for your counter. It shows your rewards and how to get the free Safyah Rewards app and join. • Accept or decline join requests, and see every member and their balance. • Your business is listed in Nearby and on the map for customers close by. KNOW HOW YOU'RE DOING • A dashboard with visits, spend, points issued and redeemed, rewards redeemed and new members, each against the period before. • On Growth: 90-day view, visits per day, and your top customers and rewards. • A full transaction history, and an export of your customer data. BRING YOUR TEAM Invite staff to scan and award points. On Growth, add managers to help run the business, with unlimited staff.
