On iPhone Duo and iPad, the adjustment panel and tools now sit on a card for a cleaner look.

Improved the security of network connections.

• Now supports iPhone Duo. The editor shows the preview and the adjustment panel side by side • The project list now shows projects and photos side by side. The sidebar closes automatically when you choose a project

Try Plus free for two weeks. • ToneCraft Plus now comes with a two-week free trial: premium presets, Faces (face mask), LUT import and export, and no ads • A short introduction to Plus now appears when you first open the app

Face masking is here. • Automatically detects faces in your photos and hides them with a mosaic, blur, or emoji. Adjust the size and strength (subscription feature; on or off per photo) • The iPad editor now uses the same bottom bar and popovers as iPhone • Fixed an issue where a different preset could be applied after choosing a custom preset • Fixed the toolbar selection indicator appearing out of place

Focus blur improvements. • Point lights in the background now render as round discs, closer to what a fast lens gives you • Blur builds up smoothly with distance from the focus plane, removing the double edge that could appear around your subject • The export button shows progress while depth is being analysed

New • Focus Blur (the "f" tool): ToneCraft estimates how far away each part of your photo is and blurs the background naturally, like a fast lens. Improvements • Photo grids from iCloud load noticeably faster. • Editing tools now appear in a popover, so you can see more of your photo while you adjust it. • The Save tab is now called Presets. Fixes • Fixed banding and blotchy color in smooth areas such as skies when using the HSL mixer. • Fixed black or corrupted thumbnails being kept after a failed render. • Fixed a rare case where an exported image was saved at a reduced resolution. • On large images, Focus Blur now exports at the same strength you see in the preview.

Improved the project editing screen.
