Improved health signal display logic. Energy score now prioritizes stable HRV from the morning recovery window, while health details and Today signals show the latest synced values. Today’s HRV chart now uses a real time-based axis. Sleep recovery details now focus on sleep stages for today and remove the misleading same-day trend chart.
1.5.2 2h ago
Added shareable health check-in cards and bio-age persona cards with energy, health signals, streaks, impact stats, and invite codes.
Refined the morning brief poster with a cleaner paper-style layout and App Store QR code.

Improved bio-age wording to highlight positive younger trends and soften upward changes as trend-based guidance.
Unified energy sync across iPhone, Apple Watch, and watch face complications for more consistent values.

Improved energy score compatibility: wrist temperature is now treated as an optional signal, so unsupported Apple Watch models are not penalized.
1.5.0 3d ago

Improved multilingual support and fixed localization display issues.
1.4.9 4d ago
Tap the current energy score to view detailed calculation logic.
Added energy formula breakdown: morning recovery, day drain, recharge adjustment, and current energy.

1.4.8 4d ago
Updated the left-side chat input action from a link icon to a plus icon for better consistency.
Updated PlanClaw help text to match the new plus-button entry.
1.4.7 6d ago
Improved the PlanClaw launch animation for a smoother transition into the app.
Improved morning energy calculation: when sleep data is still syncing, PlanClaw now creates a provisional score from HRV, resting heart rate, and respiration, then recalibrates automatically.

Added photo, camera, document scan, and text scan support to reminder details.
Improved chat startup scrolling behavior.
1.4.6 May 29
Improved chat Skills, Lin Zhixia persona consistency, health energy analysis, and Apple Watch widget support. Health insights are for lifestyle reference only and are not medical advice.
1.4.3 May 26
This update fixes inconsistent energy scores between iPhone and Apple Watch.
Fixed an issue where opening the Watch app could trigger a separate background energy recalculation on iPhone, causing Watch and Today to show different scores.
Improved energy calculation when health data is incomplete, preventing inflated scores when stress-related signals such as resting heart rate or respiratory rate are missing.
Added a calculation policy version to Watch/widget energy snapshots so outdated cached scores are invalidated automatically.
Improved Watch sync behavior: Watch now mirrors the current valid iPhone snapshot instead of creating a separate energy result.
Other features remain unchanged, including health metrics, health profile, biological age, calendar, reminders, and chat.
1.4.2 May 25
This update improves Today’s health-energy reading logic:
Current Energy can now be generated once today’s main sleep record is available.
The app no longer stays stuck in “syncing” just because HRV, resting heart rate, or respiratory rate has not fully synced yet.
When some health signals are still missing, PlanClaw shows the current state with lower confidence and updates it as new data arrives.
The app still does not use yesterday’s or stale health data to generate current energy.
If today’s sleep has not synced to Apple Health yet, PlanClaw will wait for today’s data instead of making a misleading estimate.
1.4.1 May 24
This update improves PlanClaw’s health tracking, model selection, and local data reliability:
Added and refined tracking for biological age, weight, BMI, body fat, and basal metabolic rate.
Added biological age trends to help users understand recent health-state changes.

Strengthened upgrade compatibility and local persistence to reduce the risk of losing energy history or health trends after updates.
Improved light/dark mode and Chinese/English experience.
1.4.0 May 23
This update improves consistency and reliability around health data and energy scoring:
Current energy no longer uses stale health data
If no usable health data is available for today, PlanClaw now shows a sync-pending message instead of generating current energy from yesterday or older data.
Reduced sudden energy score jumps
Morning Apple Watch / Apple Health sync edge cases are handled more conservatively, avoiding energy scores based on incomplete sleep data.
Widget fallback corrected
Widgets no longer show a hardcoded fallback energy score when today’s health data is unavailable. They now show a sync-pending state.
Sleep duration display unified
Fixed the mismatch where Today showed “8h” while the detail page showed “7h 38m”. Today card, energy calculation, and metric detail now use the same main sleep stage summary.
More accurate energy history
PlanClaw no longer records energy history points when there is no real health data.

Added personal health profiles, daily health snapshots, and biological age trends.
Youth value is now recorded automatically and shown as a lightweight note near the energy score.

Added source, confidence, and explanation for body fat, basal metabolic rate, and biological age estimates. No synthetic result is generated when data is insufficient.
