Routines: a card of steps the timer plays in order, with skips, pauses and streaks. Cards can wait on other cards, with a nudge when they are ready. Daily brief: plan tomorrow tonight, then work through it as a checklist. Offline mode: boards open offline, and changes sync later. Free accounts now run 3 triggers at once. Choose board notifications per device: everything, urgent only or off. Admins can lock a column so nobody else can add, move or edit its cards. Reuse tags you made before, and recolour a tag on every card of a board. The timer can switch to tasks in other columns, not just the one it started in. Settings redesigned, with search. The search window is more compact too. Pick a due date and time from a small menu instead of full-screen dialogs. Task details has a Delete button, and Edit in details now keeps your draft. Flo chat can use Claude Haiku, and adds tasks to the board you have open. Fixed: a timer break ends the work session, so the calendar shows work in order. The timer can control Apple Music as well as Spotify. Fixed: the timezone matches the city set in System Settings. Boards on a phone show one column at a time, in a carousel you swipe through. Board widgets page through long columns instead of stopping at +N more. Fixed: on phones, task details no longer cuts off the subtask count and arrows. Shortcuts actions: create a task, start or stop the timer, record time. Urgent reminders are Time Sensitive, so they can break through Focus.

Triggers (Pro): get nudged to the right task when you arrive somewhere, a meeting ends or a webhook fires. Delete a column from its menu. Google Calendar: column reminders now reach meetings already imported. Calendar: show Google Health records apart from time worked. Fixed: a timer that never stopped no longer spans every day of the calendar. Fixed: an overnight Life Zone counts time left to the morning, not midnight. Fire a trigger from a Shortcuts automation, like arriving home.

Now in 10 more languages, including Spanish, German, French, Japanese and Chinese. Life Zones: set aside hours for work, family and self-care, and see where your time went. Quick timers: type a name in search and time it without a board. Import sleep, naps and workouts from Google Health (Pro). Calendar: add a task from the toolbar or a right-click, drag blocks to a new time or week, and remove a task. Calendar: show a second timezone, and the time you actually worked. One due date menu everywhere: date, time, repeat and reminder together. Add subtasks while creating a card. Paste a list for one per line. Duplicate a card from its menu, and keep subtasks open on every card. Paste files onto a card as attachments, and remove them in one click. Sort the project switcher by name or most recent. Choose which items the sidebar shows, and in what order. Fixed: a repeating task reminder now resets for each occurrence. Widgets now say when you are signed out or their data is out of date.

Link cards to each other. Move a card to another project from its menu. Due dates can now be set without a time. Type a date, time, tag or repeat into a new card title and it fills itself in. Choose what cards show, from text and tag size to photos and time. Mute notifications for a single project. Reports load faster, with a time breakdown by project, column and task. Format text in a card inline description. Search inside project notes. Pick the currency on an invoice. Picking a reminder time turns the reminder on, and there is now an Off option. A new Column widget, and switch project or column from any widget header. Fixed: removing a tag in task details no longer brings it back. Fixed: tracked time follows a card moved to another project. Fixed: Pro team features now work during a free trial.
