The Statistics screen is new. Weeks run on in one calendar with every session shown, and tapping a day lets you review or delete that day's sessions. Choose Low, Medium, or High volume for background music and the breathing guide. The Apple Watch app has bigger, brighter text. Breathe with the flower after a countdown, and swipe over to end.

See how many seconds are left in each inhale, hold, and exhale. You can turn it off in Settings. The flower sits a little higher so the countdown is easy to read. Now available in Italian.

We removed all ads. Meet Plus, a one-time purchase. Breathing guidance keeps going with the screen off, and you get every ambient sound, your own breathing pattern, the Apple Watch app, and widgets. If you were already using Deep Breath, you keep the Plus features for free. Settings are simpler and redesigned.

During a session, the orb sits at the center of the Watch screen and the end button no longer covers it. In Guide Mode, you can return to the normal screen without ending your session.
