Forecasts are now verified daily against local weather stations in Denmark, the Netherlands and Lake Garda, so the model that is right at your spot is the one that scores it. Wave-only spots are scored on their waves. New store screenshots and small fixes.

The wind chart is cleaned up, and day cards show a flame and peak score on the days that beat your own threshold. Spot reports, votes and photos now work for everyone, and pushes arrive in your language: one daily briefing. Wave-only spots are now scored on their waves: below your minimum height the score drops instead of wind and temperature propping it up.

Smarter surf alerts — now in three stages. You'll hear from us up to a week out with the exact day, get a confirmation 2–3 days before, and a final heads-up the night before. If conditions shift to a different day, you'll get a fresh alert so you can reschedule. Wind direction scoring is now more nuanced — directions that are "nearly right" earn partial credit, giving you a more accurate Stoke score.
