This update keeps your notes tidy across iPhone, iPad, and Mac. If iCloud ever shows the same note twice, Settings now offers Remove Duplicate Notes, which keeps one copy with its transcript, personal notes, and recording. When you delete a note, MoosePad also keeps any recording that another note still uses.

MoosePad now identifies speakers on your device while you record. Follow Speaker 1, Speaker 2, and more in the transcript, then rename them to keep the conversation clear. Your personal notes now appear inside the transcript at their recorded timestamps, including notes you already saved. Pin or adjust the time as you write, and tap a saved note's timestamp to jump to that moment in the audio. Have an older note with playable audio? Use Detect Speakers from Audio or the transcript menu to add labels. Existing names and notes stay intact, and you can cancel the analysis. This update also improves the Mac interface and audio timing for transcription. Transcription and speaker detection run on your device. AI summaries send only text from your transcript and notes to our cloud AI service, never audio. Optional iCloud sync stores recordings and notes in your iCloud account. AI summaries require an internet connection. Speaker and language models may download before first use.

Improved purchase confirmation and recovery on iPhone and iPad. Restore Purchases is always available on the subscription screen. MoosePad has a new recording screen. The transcript fills the screen, older passages fade back, and new words appear as they are recognized. Use the text size buttons to make the transcript larger or smaller. The size also applies to the Transcript tab and syncs across your devices. Live level meters show that the microphone and system audio are being captured. Your notes sit in a drawer on iPhone and in a side rail on iPad and Mac, where recording now opens beside the notes list. When you stop, the note opens right away while the summary is generated. The notes list on iPad and Mac is wider, and you can drag the divider to resize it. Also fixed: playback of a recording you just finished, and the menus in the notes list now match the ones on the note. Notes inside a summary no longer show only an emoji.

You can now mute your microphone while recording to capture just the other audio, like the people on a Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams call, without recording your own voice. The saved recording keeps that audio and adds your microphone for the parts where it wasn't muted. You can also find text inside a note and step through the matches, the notes list now searches transcript text too, not just titles and summaries, and the notes you typed during a recording are now editable.

You can now give a note your own name. When you start a recording, a title field appears on the recording screen so you can label your meeting right away. The name you type is kept and won't be replaced by the automatic title or the AI summary. You can name a note the same way when you transcribe an audio file.

This update fixes a recording that could stay showing as active in the Dynamic Island or on the Lock Screen after you stopped it or closed the app. Tapping Stop there now reliably ends the recording and takes you straight back to your notes. We also fixed a case where stopping a recording could start a second summary.

iPhone and iPad: System audio from Zoom, YouTube, podcasts, and other apps can now be transcribed alongside your microphone. Start a screen broadcast from the prompt that appears when you tap Record. Audio from other apps keeps playing while MoosePad is recording. The file import option is now labeled Transcribe an Audio File so existing recordings are easier to find. New Settings toggle to disable emojis in AI summaries.

Mac: system audio from Zoom, Meet, and browsers is now transcribed alongside your microphone. Rebuilt Share and Export with a native save panel and M4A audio output. Added a prominent New Note button to the All Notes column. New What's New popup highlights changes after each update. Refresh your email from Apple and edit your display name from Settings. Faster note loading and smoother tab switching. Fixed a missing Audio tab on imported meetings and layout issues on the Summary tab.

Improved AI summary reliability when the phone locks during generation, fixed the Notes file export, fixed transcription not starting for some languages, and added clearer error messages.
