iPhone
Block the apps you overuse. To end a block early, rest your eyes for a few seconds instead of tapping Ignore Limit.
Limit screen time on the apps you overuse and get your hours back.
Focus is a calm app blocker for iPhone. Pick the apps and websites that pull you in, start a block, and they stay locked until the time is up.
NO "IGNORE LIMIT" BUTTON
To end a block early, you close your eyes and open them three times in front of the camera. This short eye exercise rests your eyes and gives you a moment to decide if you really need that app. Camera frames never leave your iPhone.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Pick the apps, websites and categories you want to block.
2. Set how long the block lasts, or schedule it for every day.
3. Start the block. It stays on even when Focus is closed.
WHAT YOU GET
• Less mindless scrolling on social media, video and games.
• A website blocker that works in Safari too.
• Scheduled downtime that starts on its own every day, overnight included.
• Today's most used apps and the minutes you protect, block after block.
• Live progress on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.
• A reminder to come back at the same time tomorrow.
MADE FOR
Deep work. Studying for exams. A digital detox before bed. Days when you want your phone to feel more like a dumb phone. No shame, and no streaks to keep.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
