Workouts with your PrismaRing, now on your lock screen • Start a workout from the ring screen and put the phone away: heart rate, heart-rate zone, steps, distance and calories keep recording with the phone locked or in your pocket. • Choose what you're doing (strength, running, walking, cycling, cardio/HIIT, functional, yoga, sports) and the workout starts. Tap Split to move to the next part of a session — treadmill, then weights — each with its own time and heart rate. • A Live Activity shows it on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island: time, heart rate and zone, the last minutes as a graph, and Pause/Resume right there. • A live card at the top of Insights follows every second. • Workouts: a history of every session with its heart rate, zones and totals, also on the web and available to GenIA. Rings that keep their own workout log bring those sessions in too. Vitals check, anywhere • The on-demand check of pulse, blood oxygen and optical blood pressure keeps going if you switch apps or lock the phone, with its progress on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. Syncing that finishes what it started • A ring sync that's under way when you leave the app now finishes instead of starting over, and tells you with a notification when it's done. Find my ring • Lost it around the house? Find my ring now shows how close you are — warmer or colder, with a vibration that speeds up as you get near — and can make the ring blink. Also: widgets that show the workout timer and then a summary of your last workout, and many smart-ring connection and sync improvements. Smart ring, front and center • Your ring's battery is always visible in the wearables header — and you'll get a heads-up card when it's running low. • Sync status now shows inline next to the battery, so you can see a sync happening without leaving Insights. • Your ring is now called PrismaRing throughout, with a refreshed Smart Rings screen. Sleep charts, easier to read • REM and Awake have their own colors, so a stacked night no longer blurs into one shade. • The last day is never clipped, and bars line up with the calendar day you actually slept through. A smoother first run • Lab reports: the app only asks you to stay while your file is being sent. Once it's uploaded you can close the screen and keep using LifePrisma — your journey shows the result when it's ready. • Height and weight can now be entered in metric or imperial (cm · kg / ft · lb). • The welcome screen's Sign Out button no longer overlaps other content. • Insights waits and retries quietly on a slow connection instead of showing an error right away, and reloads by itself when you come back or your connection returns. • Deleting a profile and creating a new one now lands you in the new profile every time. Also • Health Wallet icons and the home-screen widget wear the LifePrisma palette. • GenIA renders doughnut charts more reliably.

A new start, and a much deeper look at your sleep. Getting started — after you sign in, one screen shows what to do first: photograph a lab report, connect Apple Health, or add your DNA results. Creating a profile now asks for just your name. Lab reports from your camera — take a photo of a printed report, or pick a PDF, and your results appear in the app. Sleep, night by night — swipe between recent nights and see heart rate, oxygen, HRV and temperature alongside your sleep stages on one timeline, plus how much of the night was spent in each stage and how steady your sleep timing has been. Tap Explain to have GenIA walk you through a night. GenIA can now include charts in its answers, and Settings has a switch for the more detailed answer levels included with your subscription. Smart rings — signal strength in the pairing list so you can tell nearby rings apart, battery-friendly sensing options, and steadier syncing. Plus a tidier Insights layout, clearer score cards, and stability fixes.
