Du nutzt Keets schon und wechselst dein Handy? Melde dich direkt auf dem Startbildschirm mit deinem Apple- oder Google-Account an. Du brauchst keinen neuen Einladungscode, und alle deine Tiles, Quests und Einladungscodes sind sofort wieder da. Neu in den Einstellungen: „Fortschritt speichern“. Ein Tipp sichert alle deine Tiles in deinem Account und bestätigt, wie viele gespeichert sind. Die Einstellungen zeigen, ob du mit Apple oder Google angemeldet bist. Nach dem Abmelden ist die zuletzt verwendete Anmeldung markiert, damit du dich leicht wieder mit demselben Account anmeldest. Abmelden fragt jetzt nach und erklärt: Dein Fortschritt bleibt erhalten. Du bleibst dauerhaft angemeldet, und dein Fortschritt wird zuverlässig im Hintergrund gesichert. Die Karte lädt nach der Anmeldung auch mit sehr vielen Tiles flüssig. ---- Switching phones? Sign in with your Apple or Google account right on the start screen. No new invite code needed, and all your tiles, quests and invite codes are back instantly. New in Settings: "Save progress". One tap saves all your tiles to your account and confirms how many are saved. Settings now show whether you're signed in with Apple or Google. After signing out, the account you used last is marked, so it's easy to sign back in with the same one. Signing out now asks for confirmation and makes clear that your progress is kept. You now stay signed in, and your progress is reliably backed up in the background. The map now loads smoothly after signing in, even with lots of tiles.

This release is mostly about trust: the map behaves, and Keets is straight with you about location. Fixed • The map could freeze or reload itself while you panned around. It doesn't any more. • Your position dot showed the recording colour even while paused. It's now grey when paused and red only while actually recording. • Tapping locate or record could look like nothing happened while GPS was still searching. You now see "Searching for GPS…" straight away, and a clear message if no signal arrives. • The location permission row in Settings kept its old value after you changed the setting on your phone. It updates as soon as you come back. Changed • Paused now means paused. Keets takes no location reading at all unless you ask it to — by recording, tapping locate, or opening Quests. • Keets asks about background location once, explains why first, and doesn't nag afterwards. You can always change it in Settings. • Wording throughout now says exactly what is collected and what it's for, and quotes the location setting the way your phone actually names it.

New: an animated welcome demo when you first open Keets. Fixed: a clearer way to enable "Always Allow" location if it doesn't stick the first time. Polish: onboarding tooltips now line up correctly on every device.

Your progress now travels with you. • Cross-device sync — sign in with Apple or Google and your explored map and quests save to your account. Switch phones, reinstall, keep your city. • Quest suggestions — Keets spots the area you're in and offers a quest for it. Tap the shimmering name at the top to start exploring. • "While you were away" — reopen the app after a walk and watch the ground you covered light up, with your percentage ticking up. • A quick first-run tour to get you exploring faster. • Smoother map, a fix for the rare black screen after long breaks, and lots of small refinements. Get out there and clear the fog.
