Two things that were missing, and a long look at everything else. MATHS AND LIVE PREVIEW • Formulas between $…$ and $$…$$, rendered by KaTeX inside the app — no network, nothing sent anywhere. They appear in the editor as you write, in the preview, and in what you export to HTML and PDF. • Live preview: asterisks, hashes and brackets hide themselves and leave what they mean. The element your cursor is touching still shows its markup, so you always see what you are typing. THEMES YOU CAN WRITE • A theme is a .css file. The four that come with Kavya are now files like any you write, and yours sit in your vault and travel with it. • Pick one from Theme in the command palette. Arrow through the list and each is applied as you go, so you see it rather than read its name. • View shows the CSS of any theme, and Duplicate drops an editable copy in your vault. SHEETS • Glue sheets together and the group becomes one card, with its own word count. It moves, archives and drags as a unit. • Glue Sheets, Unglue and Unglue All now live in a Sheets menu, with shortcuts. • Drag sheets onto a folder to move them. Hold still over a folded folder and it opens. • Manual is a folder's natural order again — new sheets land on top, and visiting a tag no longer loses it. THE SIDEBAR • Inbox, Journal and Archive are the app's folders. They sit pinned at the top and cannot be renamed away. • Folders you have never opened start folded, and every section remembers whether you left it open. • Collapse All Folders, in the command palette. SMALLER THINGS • The command palette remembers what you use, and finds commands by other words — "journal" now finds the daily note. • Attachments belong to a note, so they survive being opened in any other app. • Back and Forward show their shortcuts in the Go menu. • Fixed: the panel title stayed on the previous folder when you arrived from a link, a search or the daily note.

What's new in 1.8.10: • If your vault folder becomes unavailable, you can now pick another one instead of getting stuck on launch. • Task board: cards reorder instantly when you move them. • Scheduling: close button, undated notes show as "Inbox", plus unschedule and delete options. • Images now display correctly in the editor. • Archiving a note removes it from the list right away. • Stability fixes and keyboard shortcut corrections.

What's new in Kavya 1.7.10 - Preview zoom: new font-size buttons in the note preview, with your preference remembered between sessions. - Project status at a glance: a status dot on every top-level project in the Library — bright yellow for active, none for pinned Inbox items, and a dedicated indicator for archives. - Tidier library: newly created nested folders now start collapsed by default. - Reset UI preferences: a new button under Settings → Advanced to restore the interface to its defaults without touching your notes. - Broader localization: a thorough pass over the Spanish interface — toolbars, shortcuts, modals, popovers, and chat messages. - Stability improvements: more reliable autosave when switching modes, smoother view transitions, and a fix for navigation from the Action Board so the target sheet scrolls to the top of its column.

• Reminders now sound like an alarm clock (~8 seconds) — impossible to miss. • Set a reminder on any note with a single right-click. • New Global Quick Capture: bind a system-wide hotkey to capture thoughts from any app. Kavya's window hides itself after you save. • Reminder picker fix: alarms now save with the correct date every time.

Polish release. • Fixed sheet list flicker that occurred every minute while typing. • Settings panel — Cmd+, or the gear in the sidebar. Theme, smart typography, AI keys, vault path, all in one place. • In-app Help with searchable docs and the keyboard shortcuts cheatsheet — Cmd+Shift+/ or the ? button. • Smart Inbox Triage now lets you flip a sheet between "just a note" and Action Board task in a single dialog. • New shortcuts: Cmd+Shift+A (Activity Report), Cmd+Shift+J (Daily Review), Cmd+Shift+M (Presentation Mode).
