Change your mind as often as you like. - Removing a period also removes it from Apple Health, so the two stay in agreement. - Every day on the calendar is now tappable, so you can review or log any date directly. - Sleep nights recorded by your Apple Watch now keep their true order and timing. Smart-ring support comes to Cyla. • Your ring's heart rate, blood oxygen, stress, HRV and skin temperature now live on the Device tab, updating quietly through the day. • Sleep at a glance: a scrubbable hypnogram, a sleep score, stage breakdown and a 7-night trend. • Skin temperature is a wellbeing readout only — your fertility temperature still comes from Apple Watch, untouched. • Your Lock Screen and Home Screen widgets now show your most recent heart rate and blood oxygen, not one from hours ago. • A new sleep calendar lets you revisit any earlier night, not just the last seven. • Small fixes and polish. • Sleep with the ring instead of your Watch? What's new in 1.0.10 • Tidied the calendar so swiping back further than the cycles you've actually logged no longer drops you into a quiet, empty void of grey squares. It now stops politely at a sensible point and the cells that aren't yours show a tiny lock instead of pretending nothing happened. • A handful of paywall-sheet typos that bothered exactly one person (me) but were bothering me very persistently. Gone now. • No data changes — every cycle, log, and symptom you've recorded is exactly where you left it.
