NEW — Mass Extract • One tap on the Properties screen extracts every pending blue card from your day — perfect for the end of a field session. Extracted values fill only blank fields; anything you entered yourself is never changed, and every update is logged. Smarter card scanning • Grade modifiers (like B- and D+) now read correctly, multi-page cards merge cleanly, and blank fields on the card stay blank in the app. • The Other Features section extracts end to end: multiple fireplaces, rec room, garages, and the discovery / well / septic checklist. Faster photos • Photos save automatically as you shoot, and the camera stays open for your next shot. • Camera zoom (.5x, 1x, 2x) plus pinch-to-zoom in the photo viewer. A cleaner form • Multiple fireplaces, separate Aluminum and Vinyl siding, discovery entry status with well and septic, and a blank Effective Year you fill in yourself. • Edits always save — fixed cases where a changed field didn't stick. Plus security hardening and reliability fixes throughout.

Blue card improvements for faster, more accurate field work: • Grade +/- now captured correctly. Grades like "D+" or "B-" are read from the blue card and applied to the assessment instead of dropping the + or -. • New fields you can record: Fireplace Type (shown when "Has Fireplace" is on), CDU rating, and Effective Date. • Effective Date fills in automatically with today's date and can be changed. • Improved blue card extraction for the heating system type. • Stability and reliability fixes.

This update is all about faster, more reliable field work: • Grade factor now supports + and − — pick A+, A, A−, B+, and so on, right from the grade picker. • Save blue cards without extracting — snap your record cards in the field and tap "Extract All" back at the office to read them in one pass, instead of waiting on each one. • Edits now save reliably — changes to a previously saved assessment are kept correctly when you reopen it. • Lot Lookup no longer requires a county — just enter the parcel ID. Parcels are unique within a county, so there's nothing extra to fill in. • Landscape camera — the camera now rotates properly when you turn your phone sideways. • Stay signed in longer — fewer unexpected "please log in again" interruptions during a session. • "Not extracted yet" badge — record cards still waiting on OCR are clearly marked, and a heads-up now appears if any image couldn't be processed.

Photo annotations — Mark up captured photos with freehand, lines, circles, arrows, and text labels (red / white / black) before submitting. Original unmarked copy is preserved server-side for audit. Parcel screen tab split — PropertyEntryView is now two tabs: "Data Entry" (form fields) and "Uploads" (photos / record card / sketch / permit). Submit button is sticky at the bottom of either tab so assessors don't have to scroll back to the top. Blue card overwrite confirmation — When blue-card OCR returns values that conflict with what the assessor already entered, a per-field dialog asks which to keep (Keep All Mine / Use All Extracted / Apply Selected). Empty fields still auto-fill silently. Edit-submit dismissal fix — Editing an existing assessment + adding a new photo + Submit now correctly returns to the previous view instead of stranding the user on the edit screen. Landscape camera fix — Restored landscape rotation for the photo capture flow on iOS 17+ (regression from how SwiftUI sheet hosts clamped picker orientation).

• Take photos in landscape — the camera now rotates with your phone so you can frame the whole house without the viewing window sliding off-screen. • Add a sketch right from the new-parcel screen — no more digging into Parcel Files just to attach one. • Walk around the house your way — take photos and enter building details in any order. Photos stay queued on the assessment and upload only when you tap Submit, so you can switch back and forth without burning data on every shot. • Easy exit from manual entry — if you tap "Skip Search - Enter Manually" by mistake, a new "Exit Manual Mode" button puts you back into address/parcel search without losing what you've typed. • Smarter parcel search — searching by partial parcel ID now respects the city you're working in. Pick West Salem and you'll only see West Salem parcels, not other municipalities in the same county. • Reliability fixes for property submissions and offline sync.

• Improved Address Search — Fixed city properties search for counties with multi-word names (La Crosse, Eau Claire, Fond du Lac) • Better Session Persistence — App proactively refreshes authentication when reopened, keeping you logged in longer • City Properties Preloading — Parcels now load automatically when switching cities • Authentication Stability — All login methods (username, Google, Apple) verified working

New in this version: • Added Sign in with Apple • Annual subscription option — save 17% vs monthly billing • Improved authentication reliability with automatic session recovery • Optional marketing communications (toggle in Settings anytime) • Updated support and privacy resources at assessoriq.app • Performance and stability improvements

• Sign in with Google - Use your Google account for faster, easier login • Account linking - Existing users can now connect their Google account • Minor UI improvements
