Flow State is a companion app for your entire dance journey. Track sessions, organize your videos, save combos & details, build your repertoire, and Discover new moves. Flow State is the home for your dance journey. Every social, class, workshop, Jack & Jill, performance, practice, and more adds to your experience as a dancer. Flow State brings your videos, combinations, moves, notes and feedback together in one place, so what you learn stays with you and your repertoire keeps growing. KEEP YOUR ENTIRE DANCE JOURNEY TOGETHER Log your dance sessions and keep everything from them together. Add videos from class or the social, write notes about what you learned, and come back to the exact night you danced it. Import videos from your camera roll, Instagram, WhatsApp, or anywhere else. Flow State organizes them by when you actually danced, not when you imported them. Search your library, filter by style, add your own tags, or browse your dance history from the calendar. Think of Flow State as the homebase for your dance life. BUILD YOUR REPERTOIRE The things you learn become more valuable when you can remember how to use them. Turn the best parts of your videos into Flows: combinations of moves that you have actually danced. Label the moves inside them and Flow State builds your personal repertoire as you go. Over time, your Moves map shows not just what you know, but how everything connects: what leads into a move, what comes after it, and every combination where you've used it. Your dance knowledge becomes something you can actually navigate. KEEP THE FEEDBACK YOU PAID TO LEARN Your instructor's correction shouldn't disappear when class ends. Write notes on a session, video, Flow or individual move. Pin feedback to the exact moment in a video when it matters. Mention specific moves so your notes stay connected to your repertoire. Everything comes together in your journal, ready to revisit before your next class or social. NEVER LOSE WHAT YOU LEARN That combination you filmed three months ago shouldn't be buried 400 videos deep in your camera roll. Flow State gives your dance knowledge a permanent home. Your videos, Flows, Moves and notes are available on your phone even without a signal, so your library travels with you wherever you dance. DISCOVER WHAT OTHER DANCERS ARE LEARNING See Flows published by other dancers and explore them by style or move. Found a combination you want to learn? Adopt it into your own repertoire. The moves and connections become part of your library, ready for you to practice and build on. And when you have something worth sharing, publish your own Flows for other dancers to discover. FROM YOUR FIRST CLASS TO YEARS OF DANCING Whether you're learning your first Bachata combinations or have been dancing for years, Flow State grows with you. Every session adds to your history. Every Flow expands your repertoire. Every note preserves something you learned. Every connection makes your dance knowledge easier to use. Your dance journey, all in one place. Questions or feedback?
