LockedOut App Blocker & Lock
Your rules. We enforce them.
Free · In‑App Purchases
Your apps are locked. The only way to unlock them is to show up.
LockedOut verifies you went to the gym, studied or cleaned your room. GPS, your camera, AI. No honor system. No workaround.
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, X. Blocked until you earn them.
LockedOut blocks the apps you waste time on until you follow through. Go to the gym. Study for an hour. Clean your room. Do the thing, then your phone unlocks itself.
GPS verified check-ins. Set your gym. LockedOut knows when you walk through the door. Anti-cheat catches GPS spoofing and timezone tricks. You either showed up or you didn'''t.
Study mode. Set a reading target and start the focus timer. AI verifies you actually engaged with the material. No skimming.
Clean Room. Snap a photo. The AI compares it to yesterday. You cannot fake your way past this one.
Streaks that matter.
Track consecutive days of showing up. Milestones at 7, 14, 30, 50, 100 and 365 days. Streak shields protect your progress when life happens. Recovery score pulls Apple Health data, sleep, steps, heart rate, workout frequency, so you train smarter not harder.
Everything in one place.
Nutrition tracking. AI workout plans. Sleep schedules. Habit stacking. Meal logging. One daily view. No switching between five apps.
Accountability built in.
Leaderboards. Streak battles. Accountability bets with friends. Tap phones with NFC to swap friend codes. Weekly AI reports on your patterns and where you are slipping.
Works with what you already use.
Apple Health imports workouts from any fitness app. Home screen widgets show your streak. Siri shortcuts start sessions without unlocking your phone.
One price. Everything included.
7-day free trial. Then $14.99/mo or $99.99/yr. No free tier. No ads. No upsells. Unlimited apps blocked, unlimited locations, Clean Room AI, Study mode, browser blocking, widgets, streak shields, full analytics.
Your data stays on your device. LockedOut uses Apple'''s Screen Time API. No VPN. No proxy. No network traffic. Location is used for gym geofencing only and stored locally.
Stop scrolling. Start showing up.
