more A single-base view for the Play board, a card page you can pull down to close, an improved foil animation, and variant names in the Browse and binder grids.
PLAY
• Single-base view: a landscape layout for tracking both bases yourself. Your base is shown large, and the opponent's damage and HP sit on a small card beside it with their own + and − keys and running tally. Tap "Single view" on the Play board; it remembers your choice.
• Brighter damage numbers, and + and − keys that fit large text sizes.
CARDS
• Pull a card page down to close it, like a sheet, or swipe in from the left edge; either way a card opened from a grid flies back to its place.
• An improved foil animation, with a richer holographic shimmer.
• In grid view, cards in Browse, your binders and their Add cards now show which printing they are (Standard, Hyperspace and so on) under their subtitle.
FIXES
• In landscape, the keyboard no longer covers the base search on the Play board.
1.4.2 3d ago
Official rulings on every card, one card page everywhere, and prices for 2026 tournament promos.
RULINGS
• Every card now shows its official rulings and errata, each with its date, on a new Rulings tab. A dot marks a card with errata.
CARD PAGE
• One card page from Browse, Collection and Decks. A card opened from a deck, or while adding cards to one, now lists its variants, as Browse and Collection already did.
• On smaller phones the card shrinks so its price stays in view.
• Cards opened from Collection, or while adding cards to a deck, now animate like Browse, and on iPhone the card no longer flickers or jumps on the way.
PRICES
• 131 more 2026 tournament promos, from the Galactic Championship and the Season 2 Sector and Regional events, now get TCGPlayer prices and links.
• A card TCGPlayer lists but has not priced yet now links straight to its page.
FIXES
• A new set now turns Premier-legal on release day without restarting the app.
• A deck's "In collection" now counts promo copies you own even when the promo capitalises the subtitle differently (such as R2-D2's "Full Of Solutions").
• If the card database can't be opened at launch, the app says so and offers Retry instead of hanging.
1.4.1 Oct 15
Track a game from Home, share a deck as a picture, and faster scrolling in Browse.
PLAY
• Start a game from the Play card on Home. Tap the chip on each half to pick a base and its HP fills in. Lay the phone between you and the opponent's half faces them.
• Tap − or + to adjust damage, or hold either to move 10 at a time. A running tally shows each change and fades on its own; tap it to clear it sooner.
• Mark each side's Epic Action and leader Deploy. The confirmation opens in the half of the player who tapped, facing them, and quotes the base's Epic Action when it has one.
• While a game is on, the Play card on Home shows both totals and takes you back to the board. New game clears it.
• The screen stays awake while the board is up, and your game is still there when you come back.
DECKS
• A new Share button on every deck — and Export in its menu — opens one sheet for everything. Save a Premier, Draft or Eternal deck to Photos or Files as a single picture, or share it: every card, grouped by type and ordered by cost, with both sides of your leader and your base alongside. Or share the deck list as JSON for SWUDB and Karabast, or copy it for melee.gg or as plain text.
HOME
• Start a new deck or open all your cards straight from Home.
BROWSE
• Scrolling in Browse no longer waits on storage.
• A "Premier-legal only" filter shows only cards with a printing in a Premier-legal set.
• Ground and Space now sit right under the card types in Filters, and picking one shows only units — other types you choose still show.
FIXES
• Pressing Enter in the search bar ran a card-text search and cleared what you typed. It now searches card names for exactly that; card-text search is still in the list to tap.
• Searching "obi wan" or "x wing" finds hyphenated names.
• Twin Suns and Eternal decks can pick any leader or base, including TS26 and rotated sets. Add cards and card detail follow your deck's format from the start.
• A card's copies count across all its printings, so mixing reprints no longer takes a deck over the limit. Leaving Twin Suns drops the second leader, and switching to it flags cards over one copy.
• A deck moved into a folder, or created in one, lands at the top.
• Binders keep your place after you add or edit a card, instead of jumping back to the top, and the next page starts loading earlier.
• "Main sets only" counts in the Filters pill, and the Ground and Space filters no longer let every token unit through.
• Serialized Prestige cards sort with the rest of the Prestige family in filters and variant lists, instead of after Weekly Play.
• Clearer checkboxes, and floating buttons that grow with large text and are announced as buttons.
1.4.0 Sep 29
A new look, fewer taps, and a Collection page that gets out of your way.
NEW LOOK
• Floating yellow Sort, Filters and Add buttons, labelled buttons for new binders and decks, matching controls throughout, and a finer edge on panels, sheets and dialogs.
• Filter chips keep their places when you tick one, the Filters header fits larger text sizes, deck list counts and warnings wrap rather than squeeze, and the editor's sort choices scroll sideways when space is tight.
SEARCH AND SORTING
• One search bar. Browse, Add Cards and the binder share a single bar for names and card text, instead of stacking a second one underneath. Pick "Search card text instead" from the suggestions.
• A space no longer jumps a name up the list, so "Admiral Yularen" comes before "A Fine Addition".
BROWSE
• Closer grid columns, a thinner metallic rarity border, and each card's name and subtitle below the art rather than over it.
• Frames now fit landscape leaders and bases instead of boxing them in bands.
COLLECTION
• The page opens faster. A bar in each binder's colour compares its size against your largest, and dropping the per-binder percentage leaves more room for the counts and value. Statistics still tracks completion set by set.
• A count badge no longer swallows the tap in binders and the card pickers, and the hint under an enlarged leader or base closes it like the rest of the backdrop.
DECKS
• Long-press a card in Add Cards to open the add sheet right there. The top bar shows your deck's size as you go, and a card you have already added says how many copies.
• Bigger plus and minus buttons in the editor. Minus offers Undo after removing a row's last copy, plus explains itself at the format's copy limit, the format sits under the deck's name, each heading says how many cards sit under it, and a sideboard over ten says how far over. A Twin Suns base now matches its leaders' size and sits centred beneath them.
• A few early cards were reprinted at Special rarity; deck rows now show the ordinary printing where there is one, and sorting by set files them under it.
• Folders remember which ones you left open, and a collapsed folder says how many of its decks are unfinished. Move a deck between folders in edit mode, or use a folder's + to start a deck or an import already filed there.
1.3.0 Sep 13
Prices work again — and you can tap one to go straight to TCGPlayer.
FIXED
• Card prices had stopped updating entirely and were showing months-old values. They now refresh as they should, across every set.
NEW
• Tap any price to open that exact printing on TCGPlayer.
• Settings shows when prices last updated, says so plainly when an update fails, and has a Refresh button.
• Homeworlds: the spoiled cards now form a real set, with their own completion checklist, a place in "Main sets only", and release-order sorting in the deck builder — rather than being grouped with the promos.
• Future sets land complete. A new set now brings its completion checklist, filters and sorting with it on the day it's spoiled, instead of waiting for an app update.
1.2.8 Aug 29
Track completion your way, find cards faster, and a fix so deleted binders stay deleted.
NEW
• Collection completion, your way: track a Master Set (every printing), a Base Set (one of each card), or a Playset (3 of each, 1 of leaders and bases). A tune button decides what counts: foils, treatments, and whether promo printings fill their set.
• Break any set down by rarity — Leaders and Bases get their own rows — or by variant in Master Set mode. Tap a row to open Browse filtered to exactly what you're missing.
• Card-name search suggests matching names as you type — card and token names alike — including near-misses like "satine" when you meant Sabine.
IMPROVEMENTS
• Deck-exclusive Special reprints count once, under their original set, and copies you own of either printing fill that one slot.
• Sharper filters: long-press a card type to exclude it, filter tokens on their own, and choose whether foils count — with or without leaders and bases.
• Statistics reads more easily: the two headline figures share one row and name the completion mode they counted.
• Binder rows are slimmer, showing completion as an underline in the binder's own colour with the percentage beside the counts.
• Alphabetical sorting now reads like a dictionary: punctuation and accents no longer scramble the order.
• The keyboard no longer autocorrects card names into ordinary words.
FIXES
• A card's copies now add up across all your binders.
• Deleting a binder saves immediately, so a deleted binder can no longer come back when you reopen the app. The undo snackbar is gone — the confirmation dialog is the safety net, and moving the cards to another binder is still offered.
1.2.7 Aug 17
• Tap a deck's leader or base to enlarge it; tap the card to flip double-sided leaders. Hold the slot to change the card.
• Ashes of the Empire is Premier-legal; set legality now updates itself on release day.
• Refresh button now updates card prices too.
• Prices for Showcase cards, movie & prerelease promos, prestige and serialized cards, and ~150 Judge/Convention/Event Pack promos.
• Fix: deleting a binder merges cards into the target binder instead of duplicating them; existing duplicates are tidied on launch.
• Fix: card data updates are verified before being marked current, so an out-of-date download corrects itself on the next refresh.
• Fix: image downloading no longer freezes at 0%.
1.2.6 Jul 27
• Your collection, binders, and decks are now included in your phone's backup, so they can come back when you set up a new device. (Card images stay out of the backup — they re-download automatically, keeping it small.)
• Leaders and bases now show with the correct wide (landscape) frame on the add-to-binder screen — and you can tap a double-sided leader (or the new flip button) to see its unit back.
1.2.5 Jul 1
• Adding a card to a binder by long-press is smarter: if you already have that card, it adds to the existing count instead of making a duplicate row — and when you're inside a binder, it now defaults to that binder.
• The binder "Add cards" screen is easier to use: once you search or filter, every printing (Hyperspace, Showcase, foils) shows as its own row instead of just the Standard version, and opening a card from inside a binder defaults the Collection sheet to that binder.
• Collection statistics are more accurate — the rarity, aspect, and type breakdowns no longer over-count cards that come in multiple versions, and they refresh correctly after you delete a binder or after a card data update.
• Browsing is steadier: quickly changing filters or sort no longer briefly shows duplicate or out-of-date cards, and tokens always sort to the end when ordering by card number.
• Filters: "Clear All" now truly resets everything — including the card-text and name searches — so a filter that looks cleared no longer keeps quietly narrowing your results.
• Deleting binders is safer: removing one binder right after another no longer risks deleting the wrong one.
1.2.4 Jun 8
NEW
• Import Precon — drop a starter, spotlight deck, intro battle, or Twin Suns multiplayer product straight into a binder, or create it as a new deck. Available from the Collection overflow, the binder + button, and the Decks + button. Catalog ordered newest-first by release date.
• Add Cards inside a binder — tap the new + button, browse the full catalog, pick a variant when a card has multiple printings, set quantity, and add — all on one screen.
• Aspect filter redesigned with two checkboxes ("Include all of these" + "Exclude others") so you can build exact-match, superset, and subset filters in one place.
FIXES
• Duplicating a deck now puts the copy in the same folder as the source, at the top of that folder.
• Set completion bars no longer count tokens, so percentages reflect the cards you can actually pull.
1.2.3 May 23
• Tap + on the Decks tab to create or import a deck. The top-right is now a dedicated Compare button.
• Each deck has its own Export option — tap the deck's menu, pick a format, done.
• New export options: melee.gg (paste into tournaments) and Karabast-compatible JSON.
• Import handles more melee.gg variations automatically.
• Import Deck now lets you pick a destination folder up front.
• Newly imported decks land at the top of their folder (or the top of the root list).
• Fix: reordering decks within a folder no longer hides decks in other folders or the root list until you restart the app.
• Deck editor no longer jumps to the top when you tap + or − on a card, and switching to Statistics and back keeps your place.
• You can no longer add a 4th copy of a card by splitting it between main deck and sideboard.
• Deleting a deck now asks to confirm instead of showing an undo banner that covered the + button.
• If you launch the app without internet but already have card data, it goes straight to the browser instead of showing an error.
• Slow or stalled connections no longer leave the app stuck on the loading screen forever.
• Settings → Clear card data cache now properly forces a fresh download next launch. Your decks, collection, and binders are kept.
1.2.2 May 12
NEW
• Default sort order for Browse and Collection — set yours in Settings → Default Sort Order. The Reset button in each sort sheet snaps back to it.
• "Cards Owned" range filter (0–8 + ∞) with a Combine Variants toggle that counts Standard, Hyperspace, Foil, etc. across every printing of a card.
• Filter popup is now grouped (Library / Identity / Combat Stats / Properties) with faint dividers, and aspects are sorted in the standard color order.
• Export and Compare deck pickers group decks by folder with collapsible headers that match the main Decks list.
FIXES
• Tapping the search bar in Browse or Collection no longer makes it disappear when the keyboard opens.
• Compare deck rows show a color-tinted icon so they read clearly against folder headers.
1.2.1 May 2
Deck folders — organize your decks!
NEW
• Organize your decks into folders. Tap the folder icon in the Decks tab to create one.
• Move any deck in or out of a folder from its menu.
• Reorder decks inside a folder independently in edit mode.
FIXES
• Owned-card counts in the deck editor now correctly count copies across main and sideboard together.
• Corrected the Premier-legal set list — IBH is included (TS26 stays out; it's Twin Suns / Eternal only).
• Removed phantom duplicate cards in SEC.
