Designed for restaurants, cafes, bars, and small hospitality teams, WaiterMate lets waiters place orders instantly while kitchen and bar receive them in real time. Bills are easy to manage, menus are easy to update, and daily orders can be exported and sent by email when the day is done. There is a daily order log available in the app until all orders are closed for the day.
A one-time WaiterMate Basic in-app purchase is required to unlock the restaurant after the free trial. This unlock gives access to professional features including real-time synchronization between devices, menu customization, and order management.
