Home now has "For you": movies and shows picked from what you watch, whatever platform they're on. The "New" row is gone, because instead of recent titles it kept bringing back old ones. After you sign up the app asks for notification permission again. For a few weeks it had stopped asking new users. TV Time import: we no longer tell you to request an export from a service that has shut down. If you already have the ZIP, you upload it like before.

Widgets • Your watchlist comes to the Home Screen, and the large widget becomes "pick up here": the series you're watching, where you left off, and two buttons - watch and mark episode - without opening the app. Where to watch • The "Where to watch" logos now open the right service on the exact title (Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV, Max). Fixed the titles we listed on Prime that actually live elsewhere. Community • Above the feed there are people to follow: those who rated the same titles as you, and which ones you share. There are also Somto's own pages - In theaters, Series of the moment, Crime and thriller, Anime - posting releases on their theme. Post threads are easier to read, and commenting no longer reloads the feed. Episodes • A series page now tells you how to mark where you are, and "Jump to an episode" lets you pick season and episode without scrolling all the way there. Reviews • Your review goes into the title's public discussion without ticking anything, and to tag who watched with you, you search the name instead of scrolling through everyone you follow.

Widgets and search • Somto's first widget is here: Upcoming releases, in three sizes, with the films on their way and their dates. One tap takes you to the title. This is just the start — widgets will grow in future updates. • Titles in your watchlist now show up in system search: search from your Home Screen and open them straight in Somto. Releases • Films that aren't out yet show their Italian release date. • From a post you can follow a title with one tap and get a heads-up the day it comes out, even if it isn't in your watchlist. If the date moves, we'll tell you. Title page • A new cast view with characters: vote for the ones that won you over and see the community's favourites. • Tap an actor to see their full filmography. • Sections show a placeholder while they load, instead of appearing out of nowhere. Community • Mentions now work everywhere you write: type @ and pick who to tag. Fixes • Fixed the issue where switching accounts on the same phone left the app open but empty. • Ratings on a single episode now stick, and if something goes wrong the app says so instead of staying quiet. • Fixed watchlist labels that broke mid-word. And onboarding is brand new: instead of explaining Somto, it lets you use it.

Somto has grown a lot since the last update on the Store. BRING IN WHAT YOU HAVE ALREADY WATCHED Import your history from TV Time, Netflix or Trakt: shows, movies, seasons, ratings, and even the comments you wrote on episodes. If TV Time left you stranded, it is all here. AFTER EVERY EPISODE Mark the episode and, in a single step, rate it, pick the emotion it left you with, choose the character who won you over, and open the discussion with whoever else is watching. COMMUNITY The feed of the people you follow, per-title discussions with spoiler protection, recommendations between friends, and public profiles. QUIZ Challenge your friends, even the ones who are not on Somto yet. Weekly leaderboard, XP and a daily streak. WATCHLIST Personal lists, filters by type, genre and year, and the shows you are in the middle of always up front. Plus: per-season ratings, profile stats, watched titles you can filter by rating and by emotion, and a heads-up when a new season of a show you follow comes out.
