The big fix: Curb was telling you your plan had failed, seconds before it arrived. If you finished the quiz and saw "Something went wrong," then watched your plan appear a few seconds later, that was us, not your connection. Curb was giving up too early. It now waits for the time your plan actually takes, tells you it is still building, and only reports a problem if something has genuinely gone wrong. Also in this update: • Honest estimates. When Curb does not have a resale-impact figure it can stand behind for a fix, it now says so and shows that fix's buyer impact instead of a dollar amount. This applies to plans you already have, including a few that were showing amounts like +$0.55. Those now show buyer impact in place of the dollar figure. • Clearer wording about where Curb's numbers come from. Cost estimates are adjusted with Bureau of Labor Statistics construction-cost data. The NAR and Zillow lines are background research, not the source of your estimates. • Behind-the-scenes safeguards so plan generation stays available.
